The Yates Loft - Downtown Geneva

Welcome to @TheYatesLoft - located right in the heart of downtown Geneva. Dating back to 1848, our newly renovated, spacious 2-bedroom apartment offers everything and more. Open concept boasts unique character and spacious rooms, while providing a wonderful feeling of comfort and home. Enjoy a short walk to dozens of restaurants, bars and shops in the area. Full size washer and dryer in unit. Short walk to Geneva's famous Third Street! You're just steps away from enjoying a wonderful night out!

The Space-
The Yates Loft is one of the oldest remaining buildings in downtown Geneva. Enjoy some history of the building with pictures throughout the space as well as our "History section" located in our House Rules book.

Newly renovated and redesigned, the space offers two bedrooms, full size kitchen and a lovely family room where you can enjoy time with each other. Perfect for accommodations up to 4 guests.

The home is furnished with one king memory foam bed in the master suite and one queen memory foam bed in the guest bedroom. Enjoy your own personal bathroom connected to each bedroom, please keep in mind there are showers only, no bathtubs (Sorry!).

In the winter months, the space can get cooler, I HIGHLY recommend packing warmer clothes for sleeping and lounging around. Or enjoy the comfort of your significant other to keep you warm as well! Additional blankets and space heaters will be provided if requested.

This was a fabulous place in downtown Geneva. Eric was great to work with and very timely in responding to my questions. The loft was immaculate and had everything we needed for a wonderful mom’s weekend. I highly recommend this place!

This was our second stay at this property. Our first stay was in November 2023. Two years later the property is still in great condition. We love the location. Great location

The flat looked just like it did in the pictures and was spotlessly clean. Very comfortable beds and couch. The location was ideal, close to the river and 3rd St shops and restaurants. The host was communicative and prompt. We would definitely stay again!

Best Location Apartment

We’ve stayed here 2x and it’s always an excellent experience. Eric is responsive and makes it easy to arrive and leave. It’s also 1 block from 3rd street so an ideal location for shopping, restaurants and fun.

Beautiful apartment in Geneva

We stayed for 5 days in the Yates Loft! Eric was amazing and made it easy to check-in and out. The loft was beautifully decorating with historic charm. Walking to 3rd street was quick and easy. We will be staying here again.

Fantastico!

Located in the main drag of Geneva, the Yates Loft was an excellent, very large, well laid out space with a location that can’t be beat! Shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, music
. all literally steps away!Immaculately kept, this hip, big city loft in a charming town setting is definitely more than advertised and worth every penny. It will be our stay of choice in any future Chicago-area visits.

A rustic retreat

This was a perfect getaway! The loft Is beautifully decorated, well thought out, clean, and has a great location! It’s an easy walk to dozens of restaurants and stores. Just a little over an hour outside of Chicago with train access. We will be back.

Bridal Shower Weekend

This property is perfect in every way. The location in downtown Geneva provided so many restaurant options within walking distance. Yates Loft

Our stay at Yates loft was exceptional! A beautiful, large space in the perfect location. Eric was communicative from the start and throughout our stay. We appreciate how hospital and welcoming he was- leaving a welcome note and book with recommendations/information. We can’t forget to mention the comfortable beds! We loved the mattresses so much we inquired and ended up purchasing our own. I highly recommend this quaint space in the beautiful town of Geneva!

Beautiful unit in the heart of Geneva

This is a beautiful unit in a perfect location. The owners are super communicative and a pleasure to deal with. The only reason I gave a four star rating is because of the beds. The mattresses were so hard, we might as well have slept on the floors
 They are memory foam but they are crazy firm. If that’s a renter's cup of tea, then it’s a five star rating for sure.
