What a great place! High end counters and bathroom fixtures. Very comfortable and quiet. Loved all the matures trees displaying their fall colors. Our host was very attentive and responsive. We will stay here again!

The area is very walkable close to gift shops and restaurants. It was very clean and tastefully decorated. Amanda had treats out on table for us as well. Good communication as well

We rented this house for my daughter's wedding weekend and couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay! Amanda is a fantastic host and was very helpful. The house is very modern and has every convenience imaginable. Thanks for a great stay!

This is an older coach house which has been completely redone on the inside while outside is a bit older and worn looking. However, pricing was reasonable, bathrooms were nice, beds were comfortable, couch was large and comfortable, and kitchen was well appointed. It was a short walk (a few blocks) to downtown Geneva. It is situated across from an older cemetery which we walked through, very old cemetery and interesting to walk through. I would rent again.

This property was lovely !It superseded our expectations The beds were comfortable it was very clean and the couch and living area were also very comfortable The kitchen was clean and stocked with everything we could possibly need The owner was very responsive It was walkable to everything Would definitely recommend and stay again!

The home was great! It was very clean and conveniently located for our needs. We held a baby shower for my daughter and everyone in our small family group raved about the house. The house is very clean and nicely decorated! A perfect spot for a weekend getaway! Amanda was great at communicating and gave her cell number for faster access if needed. We visited during a very hot August weekend and needed to keep the air conditioner lower to help keep the upstairs cooler. The ceiling fans in the bedrooms were helpful too!Overall, a great place for us!

Home away from home

The coach house was spacious, super clean and very well stocked with necessities. We had a busy weekend with wedding festivities and were able to come and go as we pleased. The house is located at a short distance walk from the beautiful downtown Geneva district. Thank you for your hospitality Amanda! All our best, your grateful guests.

Our Geneva Stay

The home was adorable, comfortable, welcoming and clean. The home had all of the amenities that a family needs and extra. The location is great and is within walking distant to the shops and restaurants.

Family stay

Stayed for a family gathering. The inside of the home is very nicely done and modern. The home is located jn a mixed residential and industrial area across from a cemetery abutting a large park. Walkable or an easy drive to town and the park. The king bedroom bed is very very high and not suited to older adults. Very clean and the beds were very comfy. Great for a weekend stay.

From the outside you would not think this place was as big as it was on the inside! Beautifully decorated! Tons of supplies to use including a hair straightener and blow dryer. I was welcomed with a handwritten thank you card and a bottle of champagne. We were there for my son’s wedding. That was a wonderful touch! Check out was simple. No need to rush and no worries on an extreme clean up. The garage was converted into a fun hangout room equipped with an electronic dart board and tons of board games and even a coloring book and crayons. The town was beautiful and this location was great. It is adjacent to a cemetery. I was a little creeped out but the grown kids thought it was cool and went to visit the residents. There was also a grill to use outside if needed. If ever backing this area I would definitely book again! And I would also recommend if anyone is in town for an event! The original posting had some errors but when I asked the owner they corrected the information online immediately.

weekend trip

The property was fantastic! The location was very convenient for going downtown Geneva or going to St Charles or Batavia. We had two vehicles and plenty of room to park in the driveway. Loved the fireplace and the game room with darts!!! The kitchen was furnished with more items than we usually find (coffee maker, air fryer etc) The furnishings were very pretty and we had lots of room. Note: bedrooms are upstairs and one bathroom is on main level. No problem, just something to note if stairs would be a challenge for someone. Amanda was EXTREMELY prompt with her communication. We recommend!!!
