It has an easy keyless entry and 1 step up. bathroom is is large enough to include a washer and dryer.Kitchenette has all you need for your morning coffee, snacks, and leftovers from our fabulous downtown restaurants. This location this property was absolutely amazing the hospitality was spot on the rooms were 100% in the state was nothing but perfection we highly recommend this and we look forward to possibly staying here next year again during bike week. Peggy is a welcoming host and messaged us twice when we arrived to make sure we had the information and supplies we needed. The amenities were as described. Peggy gave us allot of information about what was going on in Deland and what the restaurants were like. The location is perfect for downtown Deland for either walking or driving to downtown. It’s a nice place to stay. Thank you Peggy!

Perfect for a single person or couple!! This place was great!! Minutes from downtown DeLand. The outdoor area was lit with string lights and a fire pit for cooler nights!! The dogs loved the big yard. Peggy was a gracious host who thought of everything before we arrived. This will be my go-to place when I am in town

We were in town to watch some college baseball. Peggy greeted us when we arrived and made us feel welcome. The Mini Monarch is a quaint place with all the amenities needed for a few days’ stay.This was our first trip to Deland and we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Little Bungalow

Needed a place to stay so I could visit with my daughter who attends Stetson University. This was 5 mins away- perfect location. As soon as my daughter saw the place, she wanted to stay the night with me instead of her dorm. As soon as you open up red gate door, you are welcomed into a warm and happy place. Good Vibes Only! Special touches all around. Perfect for single/couple who want something different from a hotel stay. 5 stars- Would definitely stay again!
