We loved our time at Quiet Quarters. Whether we were fishing or swimming off the dock, cruising around the lake, preparing and enjoying dinner around the table, watching World Cup matches or silly movies in the living room, playing cards, or just hanging out, this is the perfect location for our large family. Would definitely recommend!

The Most Relaxing Spring Break!

Our stay was lovely, the most peaceful and relaxing spring break trip ever! The house was very clean and comfortable for our family. Very quiet time of year to visit the lake. We enjoyed fishing and kayaking, hot tubbing, BBQing and soaking up some sun! We explored the area with a few half day excursions to check out some local sites! Perfect spot for a long weekend!

Our group of 11 ranged in age from 15-50+. The house was beautiful with enough space for everyone in our group. We enjoyed our time on the dock and enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. We were fortunate enough to enjoy a fireworks show from neighbors nearby as well. We would definitely rebook in the future! The property was perfect.

Making memories at LOZ

This is our 2nd year doing a summer trip to LOZ with my family of 5, my brother’s family of 4, and my parents. We had the best time at this home. First, the home is beautiful. It’s very clean and set up well for kids and adults. The beds were great, kitchen was well stocked. Second, the dock and cove are incredible. We spent many hours swimming and kayaking. The water seemed to be about 12’ deep around the dock, and the cove is very calm. We loved every minute of our stay at the quiet quarters. We are already planning for a return trip next summer! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

We absolutely loved this place. It is even better in person!!! We had kids from 2-11 and there was plenty of room. They absolutely loved playing/fishing on the dock, jumping from the platform, using the slides, and playing with all of the water toys. The whole property is very clean and detail oriented. The property owner is very great at communicating. We hope to stay again, Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Amazing home

This home has everything for adults and children of all ages, from the waterslides, beach, firepits, hot tub and great location for waterskiing and tubing with little traffic on this section of the lake. The four children had a blast on the dock jumping off the dock roof and going down the waterslides. The home is modern with updated amenities. Having another refrigerator/freezer in the lower level came in very handy. The owner and manager were very prompt with any question we had before and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing place, warm and inviting. Dock and slide are awesome for kiddos and parents alike. Fishing was amazing. Host was excellent. Highly recommend this home for families, with kids or otherwise. A few local watering holes and stores with 15-20 min. Nature around was also beautiful. -Jackson family and Polston family. Family and friends vacation 2024

This house is beautiful and big enough for a large group. We had 14 total in our group. The dock was a huge hit with the kids and adults. Definitely order the water package. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you can possibly need. The beds are extremely comfortable, and after a long day in the sun and on the lake you’ll appreciate them.i have rented a lot of houses on the lake and this is definitely one of my favorites. Well taken care of and clean. We will definitely be renting this again. Thank you for hosting us!!

À propos de l’hôte

Hôte : Quiet Quarters LLC

Image de profil de l’hôte
My wife and I are from Nebraska, we have 3 married daughters and 10 grandchildren. It seems too much of our summers are currently spent at baseball games and that's why we decided to share our family home through VRBO.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Our first home was on a much bigger cove and the grandkids were constantly fighting the boat wakes. We sold, moved further up the lake to the 51 MM. It's much smaller and the water is great for old and young alike. We have 2 slipper slides, swings and an upper swim deck to jump off.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

My personal favorite time of the year is September and October. We go without the kids and grandkids to enjoy the cooler days and the fall foliage. I hope you review the photos and imagine visiting with friends on the top deck, sitting around one of the fire pits simply watch the world go by.
