Our home is adorned with a modern beach style that brings tranquility . We provide 4 spacious bedrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests in total.

To enhance your experience, we offer a range of additional services such as boat tours, a private chef, and convenient grocery delivery. So you can relax and wholeheartedly enjoy everything that Exuma Island has to offer!

The beach is totally private.

Early Check-In:

If you’d like to arrive a bit earlier, we’re happy to offer early check-in (based on availability) for a $40 fee. Please feel free to reach out the day before to confirm availability, and we’ll do our best to accommodate!

Amazing location, loved everything about our stay. Very roomy, and comfortable. We loved having access to the beach area and paddle boards. Centrally located which was very convenient. The only suggestion I have is the strip lights on the deck for the front house should be on a timer and turn off at night.

Wonderful Getaway

Great layout! Had everything we needed. Amazing beach outside our door, quiet, even though another couple and family were next door. Convenient to town and ventured out to East and west ends of the island very easily.

Amazing piece of paradise

We loved our stay and will definitely return to Exuma one day. Great communication with any questions that I had. Check in was easy and we even were greeted with a delicious meal waiting for us by Chef D’andra. Simply gorgeous view, fantastic beach with snorkeling, water sports amenities to share, comfortable living space and beds. Definitely recommend

Fantastic!

We had a fantastic stay at this Exumas property! The location and views were absolutely stunning—truly a piece of paradise. The home was perfect for our family of four plus two of our kids' friends, with plenty of space and comfort. We especially appreciated the thoughtful extras like beach chairs, kayaks, and paddleboards, which made our days on the water even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

My wife and I spent a few days and it was great. Villa had just been redone. Protective plastic still on the lamp shades. Small beach is good for kids but a bit shallow for adults.

Best Location

We enjoyed our week and the cove where we got to relax on the water everyday. We paddle boarded, kayaked and swam. We also stayed in and cooked in 2 nights which was so nice to see the beautiful sunsets. The location was 10 minutes from the town. We want to go back!

Wonderful stay at an equally wonderful location.

My accommodations on Exuma far exceeded my expectations. This beautifully appointed home is just want we needed. Located just a short dive from George Town and located right on the water with break taking views. The home was clean and tidy and provided everything that we needed. We loved the ice maker on the counter ❀

Beautiful location

My husband and I brought our daughter, her boyfriend (19) and our 12 year old son to experience this beautiful island. This house was PERFECT! Four comfortable bedrooms, kitchen table to seat us all, great outdoor seating and we loved having their JBL speaker for music!The property has a nice beach area, lots of paddleboards and kayaks and the snorkeling all around the property was great with multiple turtle sightings!We took advantage of the jet skis that Rodman recommended and they showed up on time, friendly and makes for a fun 1/2 day at the house.I highly recommend D’Andra coming to cook. She is very friendly and we loved her honey glazed BBQ ribs and chicken the best. She comes in and does everything so all you have to do is relax and enjoy!I’d recommend bringing or having paper plates and solo cups delivered so minimize dishes in the sink.

AMAZING PROPERTY!

First visit to Exuma and this house was beyond our expectations! We normally stay at resorts and decided to try VRBO. House was so clean and decorated like a pottery barn/ restoration hardware magazine shoot. Location was perfectly located to get everywhere. Our host was the absolute sweetest soul and she give us great advise. Water is super clear right at the house. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful location, right on the water!

Wonderful! This home is beautifully decorated in an amazing location within 10 minutes of all of the excursions and activities of Georgetown. The views are spectacular, and area is extremely private! We enjoyed quiet evenings on the beach after spending our days out and about boating and fishing in Exuma. The home has a large dining area, with additional seating outside on the private, back deck overlooking the ocean. We spent several relaxing nights at home grilling and even enjoyed the private chef one night after being out all day. Highly recommend! The dinner was delicious, and her presentation is spectacular. We will definitely be back!

Amazing location in Exuma! Beach was great for our kids (13, 11, 8). Woke up each morning and played on the beach and ended each night swimming in the ocean right on the property. Beach is protected from large waves you might find north of George Town. Multiple kayaks and paddle boards available. Description does not include the property has a generator
 very necessary for the common power outages in Exuma.

Slice of Heaven

My family of 7 stayed here just before Christmas. Our kids ages are from 8 to 23. We all absolutely loved our stay.It was spacious enough for everyone to not feel like they are on top of each other but felt cozy at the same time. The outdoor areas were paradise! The beach is beautiful. The water is calm and easy to use provided kayaks and paddle boards or for the littles to enjoy swimming. We truly enjoyed every minute of this property..Our host made it even better with his attentiveness. He was a phone call away for any questions or to set up activities. We will certainly revisit this location in the future.

Perfect Home

Our family of 8 stayed for a week in this beautiful home. We loved it! The home is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Perfect place to watch the sunrise and sunset. We enjoyed floating out front as well as kayaking and paddle boarding. We saw sea turtles and several starfish right off the private beach. The washer and dryer were nice for keeping beach towels fresh and clean. Check in and check out were very convenient and easy. Host was very prompt to respond to any questions and/or needs. Will definitely stay here again!

Spring break getaway.

We really enjoyed the laid back vibe of the property. D’Andrea was awesome! The other guests on property were quiet and that made it nice to enjoy the shared areas! The paddle boards and kayaks are great! The home was equipped nice for being so new! Things we didn’t have were brought to us. It was nice to have laundry facilities to keep ahead of things! Those water views and peace while drinking coffee in the mornings or wine in the evenings can’t be beat! We stayed with 5 adults and two teens and it was perfect.

Beach paradise stay

Fantastic and modern house with all the ammenities you need, right up on the water and with a beach for only the couple of houses on the entire property. Kayak and paddleboards included! Super comfortable beds as well. Great value for the island and large groups. We’ll be looking to come back!! The pictured outdoor sofa is even dreamier than in the pictures. D’Andra and her sister are great hosts who were just a message away if we needed anything. The house is about 20 min. drive from the airport; 10 mins from George Town (for groceries, etc.). Be sure to book soon, as all the houses are brand new. Bring bug spray to avoid mosquitoes, especially if it rains.

Dream Property

Our stay here was absolutely amazing! The property is outstanding and even more beautiful in person! The house was immaculately cleaned and decor was stunning, like I said it was actually even prettier in person which is rare with rentals. Communication was some of the fastest and best i’ve ever had with a rental and we rent Vrbo’s frequently for vacation and work. This house was close to everything you needed and great food but quiet and not right in the heart of the main street. You had so much privacy here but felt so safe and secure. We spent so many hours just snorkeling and paddle boarding behind the house! It was so nice that it came with so many amenities! The Exumas and the people here were nothing short of amazing and this house was the cherry on top! Will recommend to anyone who asks and will be back!

Great Home in the Exumas

Home was clean and very well furnished. All amenities needed were available. The shared area was awesome and a really nice place to chill after a long day out at the beaches. The furnishings were awesome and worth 5 stars! There are 4 homes total in this little development and it was not an issue sharing the common spaces. Make sure you get the house name before you go to through customs. They require it and it is not listed on anything you receive from the host. The only downside to this property is the location on the island. South of George Town is pretty rough and the roads are really bad. From the airport north, the roads are well paved and it is much cleaner. Mainly because Sandles and Grand Isle are up there and that is where the money is. Bring plenty of cash with you and plan to spend a lot of money on food on this island. Boat rental is a great idea if you want to explore. This home is a great spot to go south or north and explore the beaches too. Thanks for a good stay.

3 Night B Day Getaway

The property was five star. It had a lot of nice extras, such as plenty of beach towels and a yoga mat and the daybed was great to enjoy the sunrise and sunset. We did take advantage of the Chef connection to Dandra. We have several food, allergies, and she was more than accommodating. We also did a full day on Theo's 28 foot center console Boat. It was a little too windy to enjoy snorkeling, but we loved the lazy river. We were very close to many of the restaurants. We even ventured down to Santana's. On a sidenote, they are not very allergy friendly. We did appreciate having the SUV vehicle because the roads about 2 miles north of the property do have some chug holes. The road is paved. There was another review that said the road was not paved and that is not accurate. You just need to pay attention when you drive. It's not a You just need to pay attention when you drive. It's not a big deal and very manageable. Overall the vibe on the island was very relaxed. We will definitely come back. The whole house was more than big enough for eight people total, but it was just the two of us. We also got some provisions at the Exuma market, which was very convenient. Bring lots of cash. It seems to be preferred by most vendors It was also nice to have the communal washer and dryer right outside our unit. Additionally, there is a generator for all four homes. This came in handy when we had a storm one night. It comes on automatically. There's nothing that occupants need to do..
