An abundance of windows and magnificent vantage points provide views of the ocean from nearly every room. The deck, balcony and patio add to the zero edge seascape experience.

The retreat consists of 14 rooms with 3,900’ sq. ft and a coastal design style that is classically bright, breezy and comfortably beautiful. Each room and area has their own custom theme to make them unique. The main living area walks in from the street and parking. The living room features a fieldstone, wood burning fireplace. The formal dining area is seated front row to panoramic views tucked between the comfort of the living room and bustle in the kitchen, with easy access to the deck. The adjoining sunroom, with windows ceiling to floor, offers plenty of light and deck access with invitation to the spectacular sunrises, moonrises & sunsets.

The kitchen is elegant and spacious… well-suited for the gourmet cook! Quartz and marble countertops, an oversized Island with seating, professional Thermador Appliances featuring a 48” range with added steam convection oven and warming drawer, dishwasher and built-in refrigerator to suit all your needs. A gourmet chef can be arranged to make your vacation even more special. Especially fun is the outdoor clam bake pit to supplement your entertainment and cooking needs.

The family entertainment area, located on the lower level, offers a designated place for leisure & fun. Two televisions, library, games and game tables, promote group and individual activities in full view of the ocean. Kitchenette with ice maker and sub-zero refrigerator add convenience to your preparation and refreshment needs. With access to outdoor patios, this area is a convenient addition to your entertainment experience.

The “Lookout Level” (top floor) is especially unique with a nautical theme and elegance high above the Ocean. The master suite and the lookout room are featured on this level. Custom vaulted ceilings; shipboard walls and hand finished wood floors (including reclaimed 1840 church flooring) add interest and excitement to the “above the ocean” feel.

The master suite is spacious, comfortable and grand. It affords a coastal, romantic elegance and refined furnishings in panoramic view of the ocean. The master bath features Italian marble floor and surfaces, chandelier and walk-in shower & vintage tub in full view of the ocean!

The Lookout Room is especially dramatic with panoramic views, reclaimed “bead board” walls and vaulted ceiling and beams. The balcony is special to view the night sky. The bathroom on this level includes a shower with portal to the ocean sunrise.
