Casa Hanna is a luxury villa with 4 bedrooms 4.5 baths sleeps 11 guests. We have concierge services included in your stay. Our concierge will make sure you book the best and more reliable activities and services in the area. House has a great outdoors area, large pool, BBQ terrace with sitting space + bar to enjoy with family & friends. 2 Master bedrooms with king bed, 3rd bedroom with king and twin bunkbed, 4th bedroom 2 queen beds. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen, large table that sits 12 people. Two living room tv areas. The Villa is located in Tamarindo close to all amenities.
This amazing villa is located in Senderos gated community in Tamarindo. All the amenities and attractions of town are walking distance.
House is very comfortable and with large spaces. Large kitchen on the top floor that connects with the exterior terrace with BBQ and outdoors sitting space and bar. One of the master bedrooms is on the top floor. Open concept space with kitchen dining and living room tv area on the top floor. Stairs with glass railing that take you downstairs to another tv room and 3 more bedrooms.
All the bedrooms have comfortable beds and ensuite bathrooms creating lots of privacy for guests.
The outdoors terrace pool area is very large with a great pool overlooking the nature and trees that surround the property. We have created spaces throughout the house that welcome guests to spend time comfortable and with style with family and friends.
Included we have concierge services to assist with any programing of your vacations.

Overall, our stay at this advertised as luxury Casa was not great. We had problems at the outset at our late evening checkin. The house wasn’t cleaned properly and had cog webs all over. The host made a concession and gave us free housekeeping for our stay - about 150 worth. The AC in the kids common area was making a loud noise and never worked the entire stay. AC in the primary room conked out one night and we had to sweat it out that night. The swimming pool being under close to trees was always flooded with leafs, would be nice to have a pool service atleast once in the am if not pm as well given windy weather. The pool chairs has no shade and is the entire area is minimalistic and definitely needs some TLC. The pool stairs have sharp corners and our kids and us got bruised badly a few times. Overall the house could be more equipped - more wine glasses, soap for all bathroom sinks and area to keep the soap in the bathroom rather than the floor. It appears that this property still under furnishing as we some packages around. The host can be more communicative and personalize during the stay given the premium we are paying for the property. I got no response for any of my issues after Dec-24th. They all went unanswered including a request for some discount for the troubles went thru. Hope this review helps the owners to make it worth the 5 star rating. Happy to work with them if they reach out to me.

Great house with pool, in a secure, convenient neighborhood. Truly a beautiful place. One note - at first, I thought the pool was dirty with debris. Management came out right away and cleaned it. Then I realized there are lots of leaves and fauna which made their way to the pool because of trade winds. Point being, my complaint was unjustified but they quickly took care of it anyway. Great service.

Great Stay!

The property is in a gated community with access to food, shopping and so many outdoor activities that kept us busy our entire stay. The added amenities were the best and Karen and Emily gave us some incredible dishes!! Thank you for a great stay and looking forward to coming back already!!

Christmas in CR!

We had a lovely stay. The concierge was extremely helpful and kind. The location was great- private and safe and an easy golf cart ride or walk to town. Grocery nearby. We had one issue with the listing inclusions that was appropriately addressed after discussion and one issue with hot water in one of the showers, which was also addressed (though not completely fixed) during our stay. I never expect everything to be perfect, so the communication and effort kept this a 5 star property for me.

Wonderful house and team!

The house was amazing. The host and team were so kind, helpful and make the best Costa Rican breakfast. The morning team made our stay. Plenty of room to spread out and cook in the huge kitchen with everything we needed to make a great fish dinner after catching it that day.
