About this space
This updated property close to the lake and parkway is close to everything. Duplex with a bright and cozy living room and a high def flat screen smart TV, T mobile internet, hard wood floors, custom lighting and warm cozy colors. The modern kitchen with gas stove and new cabinets. Kitchen is equipped with all you need for cooking. Plenty of free street parking in front of unit.
The space
We provide our guests comfortable beds and linens. Unit has a queen size bed with linens.
Renters must be 23 years of age.
Kitchen is fully equipped. Plates, silverware, glasses, plenty of pans for cooking.
T Mobile internet and Roku tv.
Unit has one bed and 2 people is the maximum person(s) allowed. If you are intending to have guests over, please inform me in advance. Children are considered guests and must be disclosed prior to check in. Unauthorized guests after 2 guests, will be charged a penalty of $100 per person per night.
The building has motion activated security cameras that record both audio and video. For security of the residence of the building it records who comes and leaves the building.
Free on street parking and close to public transportation.
We have quality pillows, towels, 2 ply toilet paper. Our furniture is comfortable. You will love staying with us.
We do this as a job and not just as a hobby. We take care of the little things that some hosts may miss.
Prior to check in guest can request a lease agreement that I will be emailed to you with all the rules ect.

Plenty of free on street parking. Self check in, walking distance to lots of great spots.
Unit is not really equipped for children and max is 2 persons. Unit has one bed and all guests are ask to sleep in the bed. Unit is not intended for anyone to sleep on the couch. Children count as a person so if you have more than 2 people, this isnt really the unit for you.

WE RECOMMEND ALL RENTERS TO SIGN OUR LEASE PRIOR TO CHECK TO PROVIDE A CLEAR UNDERSTANDING OF THE RULES. IF INTERESTED PLEASE REQUEST A LEASE AGREEMENT.
RENTERS must be 23 years of age or older.
RESTRICTIONS.
a.SECURITY CAMERAS. The building has motion activated security cameras that record both audio and video located at both the exterior front door and back door. For security of the residence of the building it records who comes and leaves the building.
b.Absolutely NO SMOKING. Smoking indoor is considered property damage. We do not allow smoking on the property period. No smoking in garage, back patio, NO SMOKING ON THE PROPERTY AT ALL. A $1,500.00 damage charge applies to smoking indoor and charges to remove the smoking smell if smoking occurs on the property will be charged as needed.
c.Absolutely NO PETS of any kind.
d. NO ILLEGAL DRUGS of any kind allowed on property at any time.
e.Absolutely NO PARTIES allowed at any time on the premises. All occupants will act respectfully to neighbors and adhere to neighborhood rules and regulations including trash and recycle pick up (details posted at the house).
f.Maximum Occupancy is (2) persons. A penalty of $100 per person per night will be charged if guest violates this rule.
g.LESSEE will provide the names of all guests.
h.LESSEE will provide the make, model, and license plate of car(s) used by all guests during the lease period.
i.LESSEE will adhere to all Snow Emergency Rules (details posted at the house).
j.LESSEE will keep the property neat & tidy inside & out. Cleaning equipment is provided. Lawn & garden service is provided.
k.LESSEE and all adults will provide a government issued ID.
