Welcome to 'Serenity at the Shore,' where stunning beach views, a large fenced private pool, and a pet-friendly atmosphere welcome you. Nestled in a tranquil gated community, this 2,586 sq. ft. retreat features a game room filled with entertainment options and all the amenities necessary to create lasting memories on St. George Island.
THE SPACE
- Game room equipped with a TV, foosball table, and an arcade machine featuring more than 1000 games.
- Second-floor living area with an open design, connected to the dining space and kitchen.
- Large dining table seats eight or more, leading to a covered outdoor deck.
- Spacious kitchen with plenty of cabinet space, granite countertops, blue glass tile backsplash, and high-quality appliances.
- Outdoor area includes a private hot/cold shower, and a traditional charcoal grill.
- Spacious 2586 sq. ft. property with beach views from a private balcony.

- Your reservation includes $300 worth of beach and adventure gear rental! You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.
- Renters must be at least 25 years old.
- Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed.
- This is a non-smoking property.
