POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• Guest Requirements | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30 (exceptions made for multigenerational families). • Occupancy | Maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (i.e. includes both overnight guests & non-overnight visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight. • Noise | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed. • Combination Listings | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve an approved combination listing. Great Trip
We had an amazing time staying in a SurfStyle property. The location was ideal, close to the beach, bay and Belmont Park area. The condo was clean and the amenities were perfect for us. Take advantage of their beach chairs and umbrella for a relaxing time on the beach watching the waves.

Clean with excellent floor plan
This was a perfect place for us to chill and relax after rowing at the Crew Classic. We enjoyed the firepit for our evening chats. I would stay here again.

FANTASTIC LOCATION for family vacay with 5 adults & young grandkids. Very happy with our choice to book this house, loved both the indoor & outdoor living spaces. Easy walk to beach & bay, parks, small markets, casual dining. Short drive to zoo, etc. Did use grocery delivery from Ralph’s, quick and easy. We worried a bit about parking multiple vehicles-no problem between street & decent size garage accommodating many types of vehicles.

This stay exceeded our expectations in every way. The kitchen was well stocked and accommodated several people preparing food (and eating it) with no problem. The outdoor space was delightful and a wonderful place to gather for dinner at the end of the day. The beach toys, chairs and awning/tent, and cart were in great shape and certainly came in handy. The garage was a pleasant surprise as we could park a mini-van (tight, but we made it) and an additional vehicle in it. The location was perfect as the bay, the Pacific Ocean, Belmont Amusement Park, and great places to grab a bite to eat were all within easy walking distance. This truly was the perfect place for our family reunion.

The home had several issues. The a/c units weren’t working properly and they came immediately to repair. However one was still extremely loud and we ended up turning it off and it was never fixed. Thankfully the weather was cool so it wasn’t an issue not having it. The master bedroom mattress was extremely uncomfortable. The internet was horrible, even after resetting the modem multiple times. This made streaming any sort of television impossible which was necessary with the rainy weather. Overall the condo seemed old and in seriously need of new paint and a very deep clean. We decided to leave a day early from our reservation to head to a hotel for a comfy bed, clean showers and working internet.

House was walking distance to ocean and bay. Big patio area in front of home to hangout. They had restaurants and bars that were walking distance. Downtown SD was only a 15 minute uber ride. House was clean and had everything we needed.

LOCATION, LOCATION
Perfect spot, parking for more than one car is a challenge but we made it work. Having beach toys was perfect for the kids, they didn't have beach towels, bring your own. Avoid the boardwalk on the beach side on the weekend, crazy over there, but enjoy the lagun side, its nice. The kitchen is so well supplied, you will want for nothing.

Vacation with family of 5
We traveled for our family vacation. We have 3 kids - ages between 11 and 8. It was perfect and very comfortable. There were a few other families that we traveled with that were staying at other places - a few on north mission and a few on south mission. It is very centrally located. It has all the 'beach things' you need. Kid sandcastle building, nice beach chairs, beach towel, umbrella. Kitchen was well stocked. The only mark off was the internet was not great. we had to hotspot to get fast connection for email. Comfortable beds and air conditioning. The garage is tight but we got use to backing in our small SUV in fine. Great place overall.

Spring Break
The location was central to many activities. Very comfortable, clean, and safe. Perfect for a family of five. The walk out patio was very comfortable. As advertised, and mentioned in other reviews, the garage is very long, but narrow. We rented a mini van and it fit but it was tight. It wasn’t an issue for us but definitely do not bring an oversized SUV. I would highly recommend this property and would stay here again. Another bonus was the check out process. There is a cleaning fee, which everyone charges. This property doesn’t make you clean before the cleaners. All they ask is that you leave the home as it was found. It was so nice not to have to strip beds in the morning. Great place!
