The Space:

Our home is designed to be your “home base” in Lafayette—comfortable enough for a night in, but perfectly positioned for a night out.



The Living Room: Unwind by the glowing fireplace on the plush sofa. Need to catch up on emails? There is a dedicated workspace with high-speed Wi-Fi.



The Chef’s Kitchen: Skip the takeout! Our modern kitchen features a full-sized oven, stovetop, and all the cookware you need to whip up a local meal.



The Bedroom: A quiet sanctuary featuring a premium mattress and crisp, fresh linens.



The Perks: In-unit laundry, ice-cold A/C (essential for Louisiana summers!), and a private bathroom stocked with essentials and a soaking tub.

This is a multi-unit property (duplex): This property comprises two distinct and private units: the front home (Unit A) and the back home (Unit B), both accessible via separate private entrances secured by Smart Lock systems. Each unit offers individual living spaces and amenities for private use, ensuring complete privacy for its occupants.



Your privacy is our priority. This property is a private home (Unit B) on a dual-unit lot.



Private Entrance: You have your own dedicated entrance with a secure Smart Lock.



Self Check-In: No need to coordinate key swaps. Your unique door code arrives at 2:00 PM on your arrival day.



No Shared Spaces: You are not sharing any interior rooms, kitchens, or bathrooms with anyone else.

Property was lovely and clean. Difficult to reach the host though. I sent several messages to discuss extending my stay and another about an issue with the remote to the hvac unit. Didn’t hear back from him until the morning after checkin.

They had dirty dishes mixed with clean all the pots and pans were dirty they had multiple lizards in the home and also the home that I booked look nothing like the pictures I seen and that pmo very much because how much this bnb was

HORRIBLE

The space was filthy and felt very unsafe, took pictures to prove it and sent to owner. Definitely not as advertised, not walkable distance to downtown. We left 3 hours upon arrival because of how unsafe and unclean it was. We were denied a refund. Plenty other places to stay in Lafayette. Reviews below me are from a year ago that’s what I went off of to stay here but don’t get tricked like I did.

I LOVE THE CONCEPT OF THIS BACK TO BACK DUPLEX IN WHAT I BELIEVE IS AN OLD SHOTGUN HOUSE. PERFECT FOR EVENTS DOWNTOWN. THIS IS A BUSY INTERSECTION! HOWEVER, THERE SEEMS TO BE ADEQUATE INSULATION. I SLEPT WELL. THIS IS A TWO PERSON UNIT. THE BATHROOM IS GREAT FOR A BUBBLE BATH. NICE FIXTURES. CHARMING CABINETS IN THE KITCHEN AND A FAUX FIREPLACE THAT I LOVED. THERE IS ALSO A SMALL WRITING DESK AND COOL SLIDING "BARN DOOR" IN THE LIVING AREA. WITH A FEW TOUCHES REGARDING LANDSCAPING AND PERHAPS A FEW OTHER THINGS IN THE KITCHEN - A MINUTE SHOPPING TRIP AND ITS PERFECT FOR TWO! We suggested a new coffee pot and personal touches, good towels, good products like soap, a great new throw for the living rm etc With just a few nice pieces of glassware, ice trays and utincils we'd be cooking with grease :). Looking forward to visiting in the Spring! Nice hardwood floors. The property manager was easily contacted and professional. The door is old of course and perhaps a new keypad install would be more guest friendly.

Short stay, second time at the property. It looks as does in the description and is a quick walk or drive to most places you want to be.

Little rough gem

Decor is adorable for the place and accurate to the photos. Having stayed in VRBOs before it would be more convenient to have extra trash bags, paper towels, towels, salt pepper or all-purpose Cajun seasoning, silverware, at least one laundry pod, little things like that. We made do, but with strategic utilization of what was available and keeping some items from takeout meals. Contacting the host was easy and they were professional and polite. Lyft drivers warned of the neighborhood, and I knew that given I’m familiar with the area, but we had zero problems. Perfect walking distance from downtown Lafayette, and driving anywhere was convenient. We’d be happy to stay again! Thanks so much for your space!

Our favorite place by far

This place was amazing... my husband is from Lafayette but we live in houma louisiana..we come to Lafayette every week and stay at many different places this place we will be back to.
