Pebble Beach G-202 is a Second Floor Oceanside with Pool View 1-bedroom, 1-bath Condo located in the professionally landscaped Pebble Beach Oceanfront Gated Condominium Community off Coast Guard Road within walking distance to family theme parks, kiddy race tracks, arcades & restaurants.
Living Area with Queen Sleeper Sofa. Separate Bedroom with Queen Bed.
Amenities Include: 2 Color Cable TVÂĄs, 2 DVD Players, Stereo/CD Player, Central HVAC, and an Open Deck with a Table and 2 Chairs!
Building G is directly in front of the indoor/outdoor pool and fitness center, close to the tennis courts, and only a short walk to the ocean and the oceanfront pool!

Rents Weekly Saturday - Saturday. Rents Nightly with a 2 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Companyâs Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
