This is our 2nd time staying in this condo. You just can’t beat the convenience of the beach or the location! Mornings on the screened in back porch are our favorite!

We come to Destin a couple of times a year and this has been our favorite condo yet! The convenience to the beach, the condo, and the screened in back porch were all wonderful! We will definitely stay here again

Excellent Property and Location!!

Being located close by to everything was great!! I especially enjoyed that chairs and umbrella were provided daily and the beach area was private. The view from the screened in porch was the perfect coffee spot in the morning and wind down spot in evening. Will definitely stay here again!!

Great property and location

We loved the location and cleanliness of the property. The house was decorated super cute and had all the comforts of home and than some. They could have done better with some of the renovating cause it seemed unfinished but overall great place. Loved having a garage to park in.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely loved waking up in the morning and sitting on the porch, drinking coffee and listening to the waves. The screens kept bugs away. You walk out the door and are at the beach in seconds. They had plenty of chairs and beach toys. The washer was broken but they sent someone out quickly to look at it. Response from the company was fast and effective. They were always helpful. Water pressure in the master shower was great. The two things I wish I could have brought home with me- the view and the master mattress. It was so comfy. Great stay and would definitely do it again.

This has been our 4th yr renting at this condo and there’s a reason we keep coming back. Beautifully decorated, well stock with basic essentials and you just can’t beat being steps from the beach. This was our first time renting a condo with the garage parking and I don’t think we’ll ever go back to not having garage access. The ONLY thing that annoying to deal with (and granted the 1st out of 4 years and we’ve always had a bottom condo) was having to listen to extremely noisy upstairs neighbors- kids constantly trampling and stomping, to the point we could feed the shaking on the balcony. As I’ve said, we’ve never had that issue before (and we always stay the same week)so chalking it up to unfortunate upstairs neighbors…and by no means the property owners fault and would absolutely continue renting next year.

This unit was updated, very clean and staff responsive. Our ice maker went out and was replaced timely. Our family plans to return next summer. I am particular so I would like to see new stainless flatware. Look forward to to future visits.

It also has like it’s own private beach access with it being located by the walk way. Perfect patio to sit and have a cup of coffee in the morning. The host is also quick to respond with any questions you may have. Overall, I loved my stay and will be coming back!
