This resort is very nice and has a lot of amenities. This condo is clean, beautifully decorated, and has beautiful views of the ocean from the balcony. The host is great at communication and quickly answered all of my messages. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Destin.

Check in was easy, kitchen has what you need for cooking , Wi-Fi was good. The condo was clean , the host responded quickly with any questions. Great condo with great views of the ocean. The beach amenities were great , pools were clean and nice as well. The Tiki Bar and grill was also great ! Great all around , will look to return next year !

Great view!! Loved how easy it was to get to pools and beach. Beach chairs provided, but we did buy beach umbrella. Unit was clean and comfortable. Abhi, our host, was easy to communicate with. Cheers!

Great property

Wow, what an excellent getaway. We had to delay our trip one week because of the weather. The owner was very accommodating. This condo was clean and brightly lit. It has a great ocean view and we could photo the sunset every night. We plan on making this our “go-to” for vacations in the future.

Nice place and owner bad property

Keep in mind if you have 6 guests per room you cannot have anyone else come to visit. The property themselves are very strict and will not give additional wristbands. You have to sign a contract when you get there that is 2 pages long. We had some out of town guests come to visit since we are from Ohio and were told they could not set foot on property. Not even to walk through to the beach or come up to eat/shower. We were told they could walk up from the public access but it’s nearly impossible to find in this place. We were told it was part of their fire code. They give you wristbands which break or fall off very easily and you are charged $25 for another. You also are told you cannot smoke anywhere on the property but security was vaping by the pool. There is no where to set up your umbrella and chairs only six rows back behind the ones they have set up. We drove down 2 miles to Henderson state park so that we could be together which totally defeats the purpose. You cannot go the right or left either and were told we had to leave that area as well as it is all private property. We were also instructed that we had to remove the towels drying on our balcony which apparently was in that two pages of rules that I signed and is associated to HOA rules. The owner was very nice and the condo itself as well just be aware they are super strict on the property and have TONS of security watching every move you make.

Our property does indeed have strict guidelines, primarily to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests. The wristband policy, for example, is in place to manage occupancy and adhere to fire safety regulations. The maximum occupancy for our unit is 6 guests, as stated in our listing and rental agreement. This limit is enforced strictly to comply with safety regulations and to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone. We understand that you attempted to have 8 people in the unit, which unfortunately is not permitted. As for the smoking policy, our property is smoke-free to ensure a clean and pleasant atmosphere for all guests. Security personnel are expected to adhere to this policy, and we will address this issue with our team to ensure consistency. We understand it can be frustrating not to spend time with your friends on our private beach, but only guests with wristbands are permitted access. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. The rules about drying towels on balconies are part of the HOA guidelines designed to maintain the property's appearance and safety. We aim to make these rules as clear as possible during check-in. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve our services. We hope you still had an enjoyable stay and would consider visiting us again under more favorable circumstances.

The condo was fabulous. Great location to everything we wanted to visit. The bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in away from home. The ocean view was amazing! Loved hearing that sound during our stay. There were some problems with checking in, the thermostat, and the tv. The host was readily available to help us resolve issues. I noticed a couple of things that might need upgraded and let the host know. Abhi seemed really receptive and said they would look into. The only downside to this visit was the thermostat. It was really cold in the condo and we had to ask Abhi to turn the heat on remotely. I would rather be able to control this myself. Then, after the heat was turned on, we set the thermostat to our preference there seemed to be some auto cooling overnight while we were sleeping and the thermostat somehow reset itself to 67 for air conditioning even though we had set it in 75 degrees heat. We never did figure out how to get this to stop. My husband would just get up multiple times during the night and reset the thermostat back to heat. Very aggravating. Other than that, it was a wonderful trip and great way to decompress for a few days. I would recommend staying here. But, it would be nice if there was clear instructions printed out and left in the condo on how to set the thermostat to each guests preference.
