Just Chillin 'Two Condo est un condo haut de gamme au 9e étage avec une vue imprenable sur la PLAGE! Condo a été récemment mis à jour avec beaucoup de nouveaux condos d'ameublement remplis de peintures à l'huile animées du propriétaire.

Le condo comprend:
-Salon spacieux avec canapé-lit queen-size, télévision à écran plat de 107 cm.
- Mur miroir complet pour améliorer la belle vue sur la plage.
-Nouveaux meubles de salle à manger.
-Chambre principale - Lit King, salle de bain privée, une télévision à écran plat de 28 ".
- Lits superposés intégrés
-La cuisine mise à jour est entièrement équipée.

Passez votre journée à nager et à bronzer dans le golfe ou dans l'une des 3 piscines du complexe. Prenez une boisson rafraîchissante au Beachside Tiki Bar! Fatigué après une longue journée sur la plage? Prenez une pizza ou un hamburger au Market Cafe '. Détendez-vous dans le bain à remous pendant que vos enfants sont dans la salle de jeux.

L'arrivée est un jeu d'enfant. NO CHECK IN! Allez directement à l'ascenseur et à votre condo! Ne vous inquiétez pas de perdre une clé. Nous avons des serrures électroniques avec votre propre code! Entrez, enfilez votre maillot de bain et dirigez-vous vers la magnifique plage de sucre blanc!

Le complexe est situé au cœur de Destin, à proximité de tous les restaurants imaginables. Nous sommes situés directement en face du parc aquatique Big Kahuna. À quelques minutes des épiceries, du cinéma, du Bowling Fishbowl et des magasins. Silver Sands, un grand centre commercial d'usine est à 7 miles à l'est. Le centre commercial extérieur Destin Commons se trouve au coin du pont Mid Bay et de l'autoroute 98. Il a un immense complexe de cinéma, Hard Rock Cafe ', Bass Pro Fishing Shop, Johnnie Rockets, un magnifique cadre extérieur. Plusieurs terrains de golf fabuleux dans la région. La pêche en haute mer est dans la rue!

The condo was perfect! Kathy has everything we needed at the beach, the views from the balcony were stunning - both sunrises and sunsets! The Back Porch restaurant is walking distance down the beach, but the Tiki Bar at the condo with beachside cocktail and food service was top-tier!

On the plus side: very clean with gorgeous ocean view and we loved watching the dolphins every morning while we had our coffee. Great communication with management. On the negative side: the living area had only one comfortable piece of furniture (the couch). The window in the bedroom is right below the outside light and the shutters didn't block the light completely so if you're sensitive to light bring a sleep mask. We didn't spend much time at the pool because the music at the tiki bar was very loud, but the beach access steps away was fabulous!

Our rental was amazing with stunning views. The property was very clean, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed. The hosts were generous and even gifted us a beach towel during our stay, which was a thoughtful touch. The property looked exactly like the pictures, and the view along with the easy beach access made it absolutely worth it.

Great location

Loved the location of this condo. Easy to get to restaurants or anything else you want to do. The view was amazing and loved how easy it was to get to and from the beach.

Perfect All Around!!

This was our first time going to the beach as a family and it was wonderful. The host replied quickly, the room had plenty of space and was very clean, views were beautiful, and we loved that we had a cafe/tiki with the resort. Will be staying again next year!
