With five bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and 4,000 finished square feet, the pet-friendly Sherwood StayAwhile is a wonderful solution for many temporary housing situations. Our last two guests have been the families of a corporate executive new to Topeka and a general contractor in town for a job. This home-away-from-home is also a great option for people undergoing home renovations or repairs. Corporate relocation specialists are welcome to reach out on behalf of others.

The average monthly rent is an all-inclusive $6,750 that covers all utilities, lawn care, snow removal and high-speed wireless internet. Please note that a 30-day minimum lease is required, and guests may extend their initial lease with a 30-day notice. Whether you need it for one month -- or for 10 -- the Sherwood StayAwhile is a beautiful, quiet and spacious retreat to call home for the amount of time you need.
