Sawgrass beach front condo with pool...Minutes from TPC.

Our family has loved this getaway for the last 10 years...and we're finally ready to share!
Located in the Spinnakers Reach condos, this beach view, ground-floor condo is perfect for the TPC and afternoon beach walks. 2 assigned garage parking spaces are located underneath the condos with a walkup to the ground floor courtyard that is beautifully landscaped and includes a large, fenced pool with lounge chairs and tables. The courtyard leads directly to the exclusive beach access where sand, surf, sun, and sharks tooth hunting await. You'll find everything that you could possibly need for your beach outing including plenty of beach towels, an umbrella, multiple beach chairs, buckets, shovels, beach toys, etc. The outdoor shower heads at the beach walkway and at the pool make it easy to rinse the sand off.

Inside the condo you will find a newly remodeled, island kitchen that is well stocked with cooking utensils and appliances. The island has four (4) bar stools for quick bites or hanging out with the chef (chef not included!). The kitchen table expands to seat 10+ people and there are plenty of seating areas inside and outside on the northeast-facing, ocean-view patio. All the outside windows in the family room have brand new blinds which allows the leather, sleeper-sofa in the family room to be used as an additional bed. The family room has a 55" TV on a swivel that can be viewed from both the dining room and family room and includes YouTubeTV.

The main master bedroom has two SleepComfort beds that function as a King. The beds can be individually adjusted to your preferred sleeping configuration. The large master bath has a walk-in shower with a fixed head on one wall and a hand held on the other. There are two sinks with granite countertops and plenty of empty shelf space. A small vanity table is perfect for makeup. The separate toilet room has a hand-held bidet.

The second master features a true king with an easily accessible galley sink with a granite countertop and a separate shower/toilet room. This room also has access to a small balcony that faces the inner courtyard.

The third bedroom has two sets of matching bunkbeds that are perfect for kids/teens or whoever pulled the short straw when selecting bedrooms. The third full bathroom is located right outside this bedroom and includes a sink, toilet, and shower all in one room.

This condo also includes a separate laundry space with a full size front load washer and dryer as well as a stainless laundry sink.

There is so much to love about the tranquility of this condo, the barefoot access to the beach, the quiet walks on the sand in the morning and evening, and the proximity to the TPC, Mayo, Jax Beach, and St. Augustine. It's always a vacation when we stay here. We hope that you feel the same.
