As you enter the home on the first floor, a dining area that seats 8, and a kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and additional barstool seating. Just up the stairs to the second floor, you will find the master bedroom with a King bed and an ensuite bathroom, a guest bedroom with a King bed, and a laundry area with a front-load washer and dryer. As you make your way up to the third floor of the home, you will find a second guest bedroom with a Queen bed, a third guest bedroom with a Queen bed, and a bunk room with a Twin over Twin bunk bed. You will also find a private, rooftop deck on the third floor that offers lounge chairs that are perfect for relaxing with a drink in hand and watching the sunset. Just outside the home, you will find a covered front porch with rocking chairs, an outdoor shower that can be used after a long day at the beach, a large propane grill that is great for grilling out with friends and family! This home is also just a quick walk away from the nearest beach access, as well as the 12,000-square-foot community lagoon pool inside the neighborhood.
