Whether you’re coming to Boulder for a wedding, a CU football game, a graduation, or to simply enjoy a vacation in Boulder, our home will the perfect retreat. Three bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom and the 4,200 sq ft home has plenty of space to spread out. The fenced backyard has several sitting areas including a fire pit to enjoy a cocktail at the end of the day.

Boulder Family Trip

This property was beautiful! The house was very clean and had everything you could possibly need. We had 8 people in our party and had more than enough room. Nikki the host was very nice and responded very quickly to any questions that we had. I would highly recommend this property!

Great Weekend

The home was perfectly set up for our group. We had 6 kiddos going to soccer camp during the day and used the home as our base point. They loved coming back to the home at the end of the day for games and rest.

Boulder wedding stay

Perfect house for a family gathering before, during and after a family wedding. Nikki is the perfect hostess. The house is fully stocked, beautifully decorated and is centrally located in a lovely neighborhood with five bedrooms. It felt so comfortable and home like. We loved our stay there. If I could give ten stars, I would!!

Perfect House

Everything about the house is perfect. The house is beautifully furnished and was stocked with everything we needed. The house is immaculate and super comfortable. The teens loved the game room and the adults loved all the great seating areas. The host was very gracious and easy to communicate with. She made our stay extra special. We hope the house is available on our next trip to Boulder!

Wonderful property!

Nikki was very easy to communicate with. We stayed at the property 5 nights during the Christmas holiday. We arrived in the evening, after dark. The house was beautifully lit up, the was a very pretty Christmas tree and the Christmas decor was very tastefully done. She had toys in a downstairs playroom that the grandchildren loved! The house was very spacious and perfect for our large family of 8 adults and 3 grandchildren. Our daughter and son-in-law live about 20 minutes away and they came over Christmas Eve and Christmas Day with their 2 little boys. Everyone was so impressed with the home, the neighborhood and all the attention to detail! Th3 kitchen was very well stocked with everything could possibly need to cook our meals. I highly recommend this VRBO!!

Outstanding Stay

Our family had the best vacation at this home 11/14 - 11/17/24 while in Boulder for a wedding! Spacious, very comfortable, immaculately clean and inviting for our 6 adults, 3 year-old and 1 year-old. Absolutely beautiful home architecturally, excellent floor-plan, lovely furnishings, large gourmet kitchen with high-end finishes, well-stocked, comfortable mattresses/bedding, master bathroom was gorgeous, spa-like thick absorbent towels in all bathrooms, loved the automatic nightlight under the vanities, appreciated the multiple indoor gathering spaces for conversation.Disappointed that it was too cold to enjoy the multiple outdoor decks. Nikki promptly responded to our requests for a highchair and pack ‘n play and they were set up prior to our arrival; age-appropriate toys were also supplied. We wish we could have stayed longer! 2 suggestions to make your home more perfect: Replace the Miele dishwasher with a brand that is much better designed spatially for maximum load. We love our Bosch and actually brought several of our representative china pieces during shopping to determine how they’d fit - perfect, better than the Kitchen Aid, and super quiet. Upper level last bathroom - door very noisy opening and closing, hinges may need adjusting/oiling; noise may also be the result of the weight of the full-length mirror hung on door. Thank you Nikki!

We love Arapahoe Ridge for its proximity to downtown Boulder and Folsom Stadium for CU football games. Our home is also close to HWY 36 if you want to drive to Denver for a show or the museum. We love walking to Pica's Taqueria for dinner on their quaint patio or Blackbelly whose award-winning Chef Hosea Rosenberg

This property offers 5 bedrooms with 3 bedroom having an en-suite bathroom. This gives everyone plenty of space to spread out but then come together in the open concept kitchen for dinner and drinks. There are 4 decks to enjoy during the warm months in addition the patio with the fire-pit. The enclosed back yard if you are traveling with young children. There are two laundry rooms which is always nice when staying a longer period of time.
