Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. We've owned this home for over 20 years and have recently moved and decided to share its beauty with others. Great location for a family vacation, couples baecation, or families visiting their child/ren in college as we are minutes from PC, Johnson & Whales, RIC, Brown, Bryant, URI, and CCRI. Lots to see from beaches to mansions in Newport, local shops, restaurants, and lounges.

The house was very clean. The kitchen area was super cute with plenty of items to use. It was so nice that everyone had their own rooms and that there were two separate areas to watch TV in. I’m very jealous I didn’t get use the jetted tub during our stay but it looked amazing. The host was very friendly and helpful. We had no issues. I will say that the stairs going up to the second floor are a little steep and might be hard to navigate for some older people.

5 adults all of which were family. We only had 3 coffee cups and only 4 pods for a two day stay. We also ran out of tp quite quickly.

Cousin trip to college

Stayed here to visit cousin at JWU, location was convenient. Nice off street parking. Cute neighborhood. Had a wonderful time. Would recommend and stay again.

Weekend stay

I loved the property, it was beautiful and it was very accommodating. The process to check in was easy. The host was easy to communicate with as well. Hope to stay here again one day.

Only issues we had was there wasnt enough towels to accommodate everyone but luckily we brought our own, also the yard could have been cut grass was overgrown and the cleaners didnt get all the trash that was in the back yard

Family vacation

The house was very lovely. There was plenty of room for all of us, 6 adults and 1 toddler. My only negatives would be that there should be a couple chairs outback to relax outside, there were only 4 or 5 bath towels, and no end tables in the bedrooms other than that the place was perfect. Location was very close downtown. Lots of restaurants close by also.

Just as shown

The pictures were accurate and for a VRBO the furniture and beds were all extremely comfortable! Many times we’ve had a bed squeak all night or a mattress that was like concrete….not here! The driveway is very tight to get in and out of and if parking is occurring on both sides of the street, it’s even harder. The outside is rough but you can tell they’ve tried painting, etc.

Upon arrival we were a little taken back by the fence. Its a tight squeeze for bigger vehicles and hard to back out of when there are cars parked on the road. It was unbearably hot when we entered the house as the ac units were not turned on. We were in the middle of a heat wave, but it didn't take long to cool down. The kitchen was on the dirty side. Food still in the sink and we had to rewash utencils and pots because they were left dirty. There were 5 of us there for 5 nights and we only had 5 towels and no facecloths. We had to purchase spoons, paper towel and hand soap because there wasn't any there. The beds were very comfortable and we got a quick response with an issue we had. It was nice to have the board games.

House that has a lot of potential

This home has a lot of potential. When you first drive up to the home, it almost looks abandoned. The yard needs to be mowed. The windows need to be cleaned. Just put out some fake flowers. It would really help , when you open The entryway it Needs to be cleaned. It would be nice to have a few little chairs out there to sit in the entryway. When you open the door and go in to the home it’s fixed up cute nice couch and chairs in the living room and the kitchen and the dining room are nice , but the shower stall handle was broke the shower you feel like you’re gonna fall right through the tub very soft . They need grab handles to get and out of the tub it is a huge step. The place needs a fresh coat of paint , going up the stairs the handrails need to be replaced they come out of the wall. The smoke alarm was beeping downstairs and we couldn’t get to we let them know they didn’t say they would fix it or anything that was a bit frustrating. The kitchen needs a few things added to make it easier for the guests. When you rent a home you expect a few things in the kitchen to help you cook. Also, every screen in the House was ripped we could not open any windows. The owners asked to make sure that all the windows are locked and the upstairs window does not lock. We informed the owner why we were there of these issues. The response back was we’re just trying this out. The place has potential and it would be a great vacation rental just needs a few things.
