Villa Blanca is a luxurious oceanfront vacation home! Each room in this beautiful island home is a new experience! An inverted floor plan maximizes views, and there are five spacious bedrooms - each with a private bathroom and flatscreen TV. Four bedrooms have king beds, private bathrooms, curbless showers, and rainfall showerheads. The fifth bedroom is perfect for the kids, with one set of built-in bunks (twin and double), a built-in top twin bed, and a private bathroom with three sinks and a bathtub. A media room offers the perfect retreat to play games, relax, or enjoy a movie night!

There is also a wet bar, built-in nugget ice maker, and beverage fridge for convenience. The views from the upstairs common area are phenomenal and flooded with natural light. The gourmet kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious seafood dinners! From the large Thermador gas range (6 burners) to the elevated finishes and other high-end appliances, you will not be disappointed with the details! There is even another built-in nugget ice maker in the kitchen. Don't miss the vaulted ceiling in the living room and the lit ceilings for ambiance, the cozy gas logs for chillier temps, and the half bathroom just off the open common area. Occupancy is limited to 14.

The details throughout are unmatched with custom tile, designer decor, unique light fixtures, spa-like bathrooms, and more! Watch the waves from two levels of oceanfront covered decking or sun all day by the private swimming pool! Plus, you are only steps away from the beach strand! After a fun day of sun and surf, you can unwind outside at the built-in tiki bar and lounge area or enjoy a meal al fresco while you watch the sunset. Don't forget to enjoy a fun game by the pool with the outdoor ping pong table. The outside shower is fully enclosed and has cold and hot water. This home has it all!

The home provides a residential passenger elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and luggage up the stairs. Please read and follow all posted rules.

This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/maximum of 87°F. Please call our office for more details as for optimal use, this service should be scheduled in advance.

Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality' Luxe style! Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including K-cups, two rolls of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, hand soap, dish soap, kitchen cleaning wipes, and a sponge. All bathrooms include two rolls of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunks, trundles, sleeper sofas, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

This owner also provides bath & beach towel sets (one bath towel, one beach towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience.

This homeowner uses video monitors on the exterior of the property with smart doorbell cameras and/or exterior cameras. Hobbs Realty does not allow interior cameras or exterior cameras to monitor swimming pools, hot tubs, or outside showers.

We're excited to include cabana service with weekly stays from Easter through October—no hauling, no hassle, just more time to unwind by the sea! In partnership with Beach Boys Cabanas, your shaded cabana will be set up and taken down each day (Sunday–Friday, weather permitting, at the vendor's discretion). Enjoy the ease of a beach day made better... less effort, more time for what matters most.

Please be aware that although this is not a dog-friendly rental, the owner brings their personal pet to their property. Guests with animal allergies may want to consider an alternate home.
