Great place to stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love staying here. The house was great! The pool was amazing. Our daughter loved it... Beds very comfortable, kitchen is great and house was clean...only some small things like creaky floor and one of the towels being dirty with a green stain, also the back door was also open upon our arrival outside of that this place was great. We definitely would highly recommend it especially for the pool and amazing backyard.

Good location with easy beach access. Very nice new pool. The backyard needs landscaping! Hopefully this is coming as the swimming pool just recently installed. A great place to stay.

The back deck was pretty hot. Overall was a very nice place to stay. We will come back.

Great location. Amazing pool!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time staying here this past week. The pool is amazing and the grass is unlike anything we've seen at other beach rentals. They really did a great job! The only "downsides" we experienced were the same as others have mentioned. The floors inside the home are laminate and make every step louder than it should be. Some panels are also in need of repair. The deck is a high end material, however it gets HOT! I understand the choice in using that material because it saves on repairs and maintenance but it almost is unbearable to walk on at certain times of the day. The same goes for the pavers around the pool. When using the pool, have sandals nearby because you cannot walk barefoot for more than a few steps. We really enjoyed this house and the location of the beach (3 minute walk) combined with the amazing pool make it one we will definitely consider staying at again in the future.

Clean updated home in a good location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived to the home and were happy with the cleanliness and updated features of the house. The location was great, just down the street from the beach. Not a long walk at all. The one thing I will say that was not great was that the back deck seems to be older. The railing on the back stairs fell off while one of my family members were walking down. It did not seem to even be secured and the poles were falling out before the incidence happened. Overall we had a great time and the beach was beautiful and not crowded at all. Perfect.

Wonderful Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in was easy and quick...the house was wonderful, clean and updated lovely. Plenty of beds and clean towels. Our whole family enjoyed their stay. The house was well equipped and move in ready. Location to beach was great. Two small things...needs a wall clock and an awning or cover over back porch. Deck becomes very hot...difficult to walk on bare feet. Planning on another stay next year at same location....maybe a pool will be there or some grass in backyard ...making it more family friendly. Only option was inside or the beach...on a longer vacation other things to do without having to go into town would be nice. Overall a great house. Very pleased with managing company too.

Location was great! 2.5 minute walk to the beach. Back yard and pool were perfect. Plenty of space. We had 7 adults and 3 children and we had plenty of room. There was not a lot of shade on the back porch, but the porch was huge! Great stay. Highly recommend!
