Traveling with a larger group? `Sunny Side Up` is a 2-bedroom, 1-bath upstairs unit that sleeps 4 and is also available for booking! Feel free to reach out with any questions.

No Smoking on the property

*There is a $500 security hold that is released upon check out.

We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn`t work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken, the guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).

Primary renter must be present on all bookings.

There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.

We love welcoming pets! Just a quick note — the pet fee is NOT automatically included in your booking total. It will be added separately after your reservation is confirmed.

Pet Policy - We are happy to host your dogs! 2 dogs allowed, please reach out with any questions. We ask that you do not leave your dog's alone at the house for long periods of time, distressed animals can cause damage, or excessive barking can upset neighbors. The beach is dog friendly; there are leash laws. Please tell us about your dog(s). We love to hear about them!

*Pet Fee - A pet fee will be charged, $175 for 1-2 dogs, for the stay. Please let us know when booking your pet information. There is no pet fee for certified service animals, we do ask as a courtesy to let us know if you will be bringing a service animal during your stay. (Unless owner has different fee, always check with owner)

If there’s an excess of trash left behind and we need to arrange for its removal, there will be a $100 fee. Thanks for understanding!
