This bright, spacious, mid-island home features five bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms on two levels. Aloha OIB is on a quiet street and sits on a double lot that lends to an over-sized backyard for family fun.

Multiple decks to sit on and enjoy views of the marsh and intercostal waterway. Mornings and evenings on the upper deck are simply glorious! Beach access is super close at less than 200 yards away (4-5 min walk)!

MASSIVE PRIVATE POOL NEW for Summer 2026 and CUSTOM BUILT OUTDOOR KITCHEN AND LIVING AREA under the house! This is the kind of pool the whole neighborhood could play in! Tricking it out with volleyball and basketball for the kids! The outdoor kitchen will have a huge built-in grill, refrigerator, and bar height counters with barstools. Every seat will be able to see the outdoor TV for sports or movies by the pool.

Tesla EV Charger! And dedicated parking space for your golf cart (bring your own or rent).

The owner includes linens with the cleaning service. All beds (except bunks) will already be made up for you upon your arrival, saving you precious beach time!

Exterior security cameras for your safety.

Sunday to Sunday rentals only during the summer season in 2026 to avoid traffic getting on the island for check in.

Great place, very clean, extremely well stocked (2 Crockpots, who does that?). Owner is fabulous!!!! Notified us that we could get in 4 hours early, and immediately (and I mean immediately!) responded to a few minor issues we had.Only suggestion I have is grab bars in the bathrooms. If you are reading this, you need to rent it NOW!And, Natalie, you need to get more properties so we can rent from you again!ALOHA!

Wonderful beach! House generally comfortable.

Beds very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked (except no can opener!) Easy access to beach, pool, and grocery stores. Great park for kids to play.

Our Family Vacation

The house was very clean. The bedroom’s were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, with dishes, glasses, pots and pans, silverware, and cooking utensils. We had trouble in the beginning with the elevator. But, that was resolved early on. The back door code, never worked. But, we used the key. All was good. Having 4 full bathrooms, really helped. Loved sitting on the porch in rocking chairs, looking at the views. All in all, the family had a wonderful time. It was a great place to all get together. We loved it.

OIB Aloha for the win

The house was great. It was clean and provided everything we needed. Rooms were great size. Floors were easy to clean. Loved having the laundry room. Appreciated the extra beach towels and that the linens were provided. There were plenty of extra blankets and comforters. The house was great. I also appreciated that the outside shower was in working order. Maybe having extra places inside and outside for hanging bathing suits and towels would be helpful. Also, the oven mitts were not very cushioned anymore and we were almost burnt but we are ok. Overall we loved the house and appreciate the cleaner sending some things back that we forgot. Very sweet and I highly recommend this house.

Great location for a vacation home

Kitchen and open living space:Wonderfully stocked kitchen with dishes, utensils and everything one needs to be able to cook and bake and eat-in. The dual k-cup and brew coffee maker, toaster, microwave, icemaker and oven were used throughout the week. The highchair and booster were perfect and there was plenty of seating with the multiple bar stools and eight chairs. We loved the pull-out trash containers for easy separation of recycle and trash.The open living/kitchen space was wonderful for our group of nine. With 7 adults and two children four and under, there was plenty of seating for all and space for the children to play and be overseen by all the adults. A nice variety books was also available which we enjoyed. Immediately west of the open living space is a panel of windows and doorway to a deck with rockers which our family used as another space for reading and morning coffee and served as a great view from the inside.I discussed the comments below with the owner and she was very apologetic. I believe it is something she will be on top of and if it weren't for this, the review would be excellent.Upon arrival, the house didn't appear to have had a recent thorough cleaning. I wouldn't say that it was unacceptably dirty, but it also didn't appear as clean as we'd expected. I would describe it as surface clean. Under the couch cushions, there was cereal, and in general there were dusty floors. It did not meet the immaculate description.

The house cleaner was informed of this issue and it has been resolved. Also, we will move to a Sunday to Sunday rental model for 2026 to allow the cleaning crew more time in our home. Most of OIB turns over on Saturdays, which means most of the homes on the island need to be cleaned on the same day. This is a monumental task for the cleaning crews. They do their very best with the time they have. I have discussed moving to a Sunday turnover with my cleaner which sounds like the best solution.
