Keystone Condo - Steps Away from Gondola!

Silver Mill is the best place to stay in the Keystone village, hands down! Three brand new hot tubs have been installed in a newly remodeled spa area at Silver Mill which is right in the heart of Keystone Village.

The space-
Our condo is in the heart of the village at Keystone, a short 2 minute walk to the gondola and even closer to shops, restaurants and bars. A cute patio area faces the mountains for great views and easy access makes it the perfect place for a vacation!

It is a 1 bedroom condo with a large bathroom, brand-new queen-sized bed in the bedroom and queen-sized pullout couch in the main room. There is also a gas fireplace, two flat-screen TVs, high speed WIFI and full kitchen so you can enjoy a night in if you choose!

An underground, heated garage makes parking and unloading a breeze.
Guest access
As a guest in our condo, you can enjoy:
- Slopeside views and walking access to the gondola
- 3 large hot tubs, sauna and fitness center for guest use only
- Access to the River Run swimming pool
- Beautiful lobby with pool table and flat screen TV
- Underground heated parking garage for guests
- Two elevators for easy access to the unit

The condo was clean and very convenient. The host, however, terrible. Never sent instructions and had to call VRBO. They attempted to call the host multiple times with no answer. I was about to get a refund and they called 1 more time and he answered. Arrived at condo and no key in lock box. Attempted to call and text host no response. After lots of attempts, finally was able to get ahold of host and he directed me towards lock box. Yes, this was christmas afternoon, but don't be a host if you cant be responsive when your guests can't get in. Also, they only supplied 1 trash bag so had to go buy some. No oven mitt or pizza cutter so come prepared. Master bed is also very uncomfortable. Wouldn't recommend.

The toilet did t work. I had to fix it with a rubber band. Also the bath tub shower faucet diverted washer was missing so no pressure in the shower head. I notified the owner, but not real acknowledgement of dealing with the issus

I have stayed in River Run before and just like the other units, it's close to the chairlifts and easy to walk to anywhere in Keystone for dinner, shops etc.

Amazing location!

Nice property. Good use of space. Was a Nice little place. Parking garage is hard. Snowboard storage is hard so I just kept stuff in my car. It’s amazing to just walk to lifts and take breaks in the apartment. So worth it to just walk back and forth from the mountain!

Great Stay

The location is in River Run and being able to walk to everything is great. The condo was clean and equipped with what we needed. Check-in was easy but there was no parking pass and we were threatened by building management to be towed. However when we contacted the host he called and took care of it. The pullout couch took us a while to figure out as you have to pull from the back top of the couch which he is different than most.

Not impressed

Check in process was confusing. There was only 1 hard key provided. Not very clean unit. Also I understand that it is not possible to keep everything in best condition all the time, but too many things we're not working: fireplace would not turn on, balcony door would not lock, one of the outlets not working. If you are not too picky, it is ok, but don't expect a great place.I guess you get what you pay f

Cockroach, stinky, moldy shower curtain, and openable hide/a-bed did not make location worth it.
