Bring up to 10 guests can enjoy the 1,536 sq ft living space with large over-the-garage deck with an amazing sunset view. Game room and smart TV's complete this entertainment home. Internet is available with your TV subscriptions. This home also has a private backyard with an empty side lot. This fully stocked home was completely remodeled so everything is new. Come swim with the manatees or go scalloping in Crystal River. 90 min drive from Disney or Tampa.

The house is beautiful the communication was instant. Plenty of sleeping space. I wish i wasn’t there for business because there is great space outside for just getting together and hanging out.

The home was perfect for our family of six. We had everything we needed, and all worked as it should. We found the beds and furniture very comfortable and inviting. We loved the smart TVs in each bedroom as well as the fast internet. All communications with the friendly host were answered quickly and helpfully.

Positives: The beds were very nice, this property can truly sleep 11-12 folks. There a 5 appropriately sized screens. Appliances were all fairly new and in great working order. Negatives: no wi-fi service (apparently an admin mistake), ants invaded a couple bedrooms and bathrooms. Concerns: some items were low quality: towels, cookware, cleaning items

Do not stay here!

Just copy and pasting my message to the management: Hi there, just a few things that I feel should be mentioned: Only one TV remote can be found, just the one for the queen bedroom. A handle on a dresser in the king room fell off. The showerhead in the king master bath is broken. There is a large very active wasp nest in the garage. There are like 30 dead/dying flies in the queen bedroom - I guess I am wondering what was sprayed in the bedroom to kill them as our 6 month old baby had open heart surgery and we worry a little extra about his health and what he is exposed to. That is all we have found so far and want to make sure no one thinks we caused any of that. Overall, for the extra form and extra fees per person and just strictness and how unwelcoming that all makes a guest feel, this has left a really bad taste and I definitely would not stay here again, especially for the extra cost. We were sort of backed into a corner with booking because we lost two bookings before this when homeowners decided to sell or renovate, so I chose to look past the extra steps and fees as we were on a time crunch. But all this extra stuff has me very disappointed. For it being the most strict rental I have ever booked, I expected more. Their response: There should be remotes, we don't spray for flies + late checkout. While we went above and beyond in our cleanup (stripped beds, started load of towels, didn't leave a review) 3 weeks later they file a claim for an entire BED. Almost comicql.

Nice home overall with all accommodations we needed to host our family of 5. Host was great to work with. Home did have some cleanliness challenges with an old ants nest in the master bedroom, and a towel that appeared blood-stained in a bathroom.

Overall, our stay was ok. The property is definitely not luxurious as promoted. There are some nice updates in kitchen and bath. The beds/pillows/towels were as expected. Comfortable and cozy. I did enjoy the new and pleasant deck. Very nice for hanging out or having a meal on a nice day. I've shared suggestions with the owner for kitchen utensils/equipment. Hopefully, they improve what's there now.

Clean & comfortable 4 bedroom VRBO

This VRBO was clean and the pictures are accurate with what you get with your stay. I would not describe the VRBO as luxurious & beautiful. More of adequate and functional. It had everything we needed for a golf trip and is certainly good for large families. The location of the VRBO is in an average location, certainly not upscale. Oh year - was a bit turned off that when we damaged a clock the VRBO owner turned in a claim for a damaged clock, damaged TV, damaged screen, etc. We accidently bumped a clock off the wall and then the owner submitted a laundry list of claims. I see now why it is required for renters to have damage insurance to stay at this particular location.

Sibling Gathering for Dad’s 90th

Property was exactly what we needed. Plenty of beds and baths. Living space was welcoming, comfortable and perfect for hanging out with family. Perfect gathering spot for siblings that live far apart. Spent downtime hours gathered around the dining table. Central location made for easy access to major roads and amenities.

A perfect place for us to stay

Last week, my three brothers and I gathered from far-flung parts of the country to say goodbye to our 93 year old Dad who had been hospitalized after becoming too weak to walk or eat properly. The 4 of us were too many to stay with our step mom, but this was near enough by to support both her and our dad. The house was roomy, comfortable, nicely decorated, had a good kitchen for cooking and cleaning, a great laundry room,.for doing regular laundry after spending time in the hospital / hospice center during a significant covid outbreak, and 4 bedrooms. While not each of my very tall brothers had a bed that was long enough - two of them had deluxe beds. My full - below a twin bunk was very comfy, and the brother who arrived last was a bit oversized for his twin bottom bunk in the "dorm room." We also enjoyed having access to a huge tv in the living room to watch music videos and alight tv series in the evenings to decompress. I also really appreciated how easy it was to contact the owner and the property manager, both of whom were quick to respond and very helpful.

Beautiful home, lovely vacation

This home is as beautiful as the photos portray. We spent our days out and about, and evenings playing games at the dining table. The only suggestion I have is to change the front porch light bulb. It was so dim it illuminated nothing, making our initial attempt to enter the home quite difficult in the dark.

Above and beyond

This house had more than expected, they provide the basics but also had additional toiletries which was amazing as my kid had forgotten to pack some things. My infant loved waking up and having breakfast on the deck and my older boys loved having room to throw the ball. Overall this house was amazing and enjoyable for all ages!

This is one of my favorite places to visit with my extended family. It is a laid back space with something for everyone! We absolutely love this house and know you will too. We are happy to share our little piece of paradise so that you can make beautiful family memories too.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

This house sits really high in the neighborhood. It makes you feel like you really high up and that offers great views of the sky towards the water. The over-the-garage deck is brand new and the place to hang out and grill. You can watch the sunset and sunrise with these views. The bonus is that the master bedroom has huge windows the awesome view.
