House was absolutely perfect. I travel for work and in a new VRBO every 6 weeks however, it took just needing a staycation after surgery to find the best place yet. Host was extremely helpful and communicated very well from start to finish.

I had a wonderful month-long stay here! The check-in process was super easy, the space was clean and exactly as described, and the location couldn’t have been better. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay — even going above and beyond to arrange an extra cleaning when I needed it. The fenced-in yard was such a bonus for our sweet pup, Tito — he loved having space to run and play! The amenities were great, and everything felt comfortable and well thought-out. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

Highly recommend

Highly recommend! We stayed with friends and our 3 kids (all under 5) and it was perfect. Short drive to the beach, parked at the beach access. The turf in the back was great for the kids. High chair and baby gate was very helpful also. Very cute house in an awesome location.

Perfect beach getaway

Our stay at this beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home was absolutely perfect! The house was spotless, spacious, and had everything we could possibly need for a relaxing vacation. From extra towels and beach gear to a fully stocked kitchen and thoughtful touches throughout, the owners truly thought of everything to make our stay comfortable.The best part? It’s just a short walk to the beach and some many restaurants around. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, making it the perfect escape for our family.We felt right at home the entire time and can’t wait to come back. This will definitely be our go-to spot for future family beach trips!

Wonderful Home in Jax Beach

My husband, mom, children and I had a great time staying at this Jacksonville Beach property! The home was clean, had everything we needed to be comfortable for our weekend trip, and was located in a safe, fun area. The property manager, Chandler, was very accommodating and even arranged an early check-in (which we know is not always possible) so that our babies could nap after the car ride. We would absolutely stay here again if we visit the area in the future.

Great Beach Find !

The house was so cute and close to the beach . Just what we needed for our family trip . We loved the space and all the furnishings . Great backyard, quiet neighborhood and very clean . Owner was very responsive when asked questions and great at communication. We will be back !

Super cute!

We absolutely loved this house! It was super clean and bright inside. It had everything you needed and some nice touches like a Keurig with coffee, a very nice backyard with a pool and lounge chairs. It was also just a short walk to the beach!

Sparkly New!

Lovely house that is very recently renovated and sparkly clean. Friendly neighborhood and easy walk to the beach (except at night...not easy at night). Communication was really easy and the house is stocked appropriately. The shadey back yard is just right for hanging out. We would definitely be back again!
