Perfect Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was very clean and in a perfect location in Seaside. It matched the description of the listing and was easily accessible. The downside is the bed. It was extremely uncomfortable and was very squeaky every time my husband or I turned over during the night. It was so uncomfortable, in fact, that we ended taking turns sleeping on the couch. It put a large damper on our vacation, and I was ready to go home and get some sleep!

Neat Little Cottage

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent cottage. Upstairs kitchen and sitting area were surprisingly spacious. Downstairs bedroom larger than appears. Shower was excellent, very large. Single sink is small, but there is an area next to it to store toilet articles. I would suggest an additional mirror close to an outlet. Even the commode area could be used like this. One mirror is not enough. Looking forward to another stay in the future.

30A stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the spot and the management group. The one negative was that we couldn’t check in early because they needed to watch the furniture covers. However, when we were able to check in, the furniture was still soaking wet. We weren’t able to use the upstairs room until the evening of the second day because that is when it was finally dry. I would have expected either some compensation for this, or to be allowed to check in early considering it was wet either way. Other than that we did enjoy it and would certainly go back again!

Perfect rental in Sea Side

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We would definitely rent this house again. The location is perfect and it is just a stroll to the main square or to the beach or pool. It is also a short walk to the chapel if you are here for a wedding. Wonderful porch with chairs. Large living area and nice bedroom with attached bathroom.
