With two twin beds for the kids, our home is best suited for guests seeking a quiet and relaxing stay and is not appropriate for parties or large gatherings. Second Floor Main King Bedroom #1:
A comfortable king-sized bed awaits you with a private bathroom with a tub and shower, Roku TV, vintage family board games, and a private outdoor patio overlooking the lake. Enjoy the sunset while sipping a glass of wine.

Second Floor Twin Bedroom #2
No need to share your space with the kids. This room has two comfy twin beds, Roku TV, a DVD player, an Xbox 360, and its own bathroom with a tub and shower.

Downstairs King Bedroom #3
This space offers the perfect solution for a couple who wants a little more privacy. A cozy space with a luxurious king-sized bed, private bathroom with a shower, Roku TV, a workstation w/desk, washer/dryer, and your own patio deck with a view of the lake. Walk out the door and relax in the Cozy Spa for Two (available Mar-Oct) overlooking the lake.

The Main Floor
The living room offers plenty of space for guests to sit around the fireplace, and watch Roku TV. Take a walk out onto the patio deck, fire up the BBQ grill, and enjoy the view of the lake. Love to cook? This full-sized kitchen has everything you need including a breakfast nook for two, a wet bar, and a dining area that seats six.

The Lake
Ten (10) feet of water right in our backyard! A very large party deck which we share with our neighbors is available for your use. The boat dock and party deck are accessible by walking down several flights of steps. If you rent a boat for a day, there is a floating boat slip for temporary day use only.

Public Boat Access
Public boating access is located at Oak Grove, 268 Oak Grove Dr. Moneta, VA 24121. It is about an 11-minute drive by car from our home.
