Situé à quelques pas des travaux emblématiques de Gaudi en cours, la Sagrada Familia, cet appartement moderne est idéal pour un voyage en famille ou en groupe à Barcelone.

Du bois dur contrastant avec des murs blancs traverse tout l'appartement.

Pour quelque chose de différent, faites du patin à glace avec des installations à un pùté de maisons ou promenez-vous sur la plage de la Barceloneta. L'appartement Caspe offre de nombreuses opportunités dans la capitale méditerranéenne.

L'appartement est situé dans le quartier historique de l'Eixample Dreta, avec des façades modernistes, des terrasses de cafés et de grandes avenues menant à la célÚbre cathédrale Sagrada Familia de Gaudí ou jusqu'à l'Arc de Triomphe et le magnifique parc de la ville de Barcelone.

Great location and value

Perfect location!

This apartment is quiet, clean and in a great location, easy walking distance to most sites. Markets and restaurants are nearby. Chelo is very helpful and even organized a cab for us to the airport. Our stay was excellent.

The host was very helpfull and nice. The apt was really nice and everything went perfect for us in our stay. The area is very quiet and safe, very close to public transportation and to nice place to eat and markets. If we go back to Barcelona we will definitely stay in this place again.

Centrally located in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood

Chelo was a great host and the apartment is near everything. The beds were comfortable and the shower had excellent water pressure. We especially liked the quietness of the neighborhood which was great to come back to after each day in the hustle and bustle that is Barcelona.

Great stay and great location in Barcelona

My 17 year old daughter and I stayed here for 6 days. It was a fabulous location. Close to restaurants, markets, sites and a metro station. Chelo was very helpful at assisting us with everything we needed. The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean. We would stay here again.

Great Choice in Barcelona

Great central location (15 min walk to Sagrada Familia, El Born, Rambles). Quiet neighborhood, but with local shops and cafes within 3 min walk. Place itself was well equipped. Host was great; organized and responsive. Would stay again, for sure.
