Situé à quelques pas des travaux emblématiques de Gaudi en cours, la Sagrada Familia, cet appartement moderne est idéal pour un voyage en famille ou en groupe à Barcelone.

Du bois dur contrastant avec des murs blancs traverse tout l'appartement.

Pour quelque chose de différent, faites du patin à glace avec des installations à un pùté de maisons ou promenez-vous sur la plage de la Barceloneta. L'appartement Caspe offre de nombreuses opportunités dans la capitale méditerranéenne.

L'appartement est situé dans le quartier historique de l'Eixample Dreta, avec des façades modernistes, des terrasses de cafés et de grandes avenues menant à la célÚbre cathédrale Sagrada Familia de Gaudí ou jusqu'à l'Arc de Triomphe et le magnifique parc de la ville de Barcelone.

Emplacement idéal et appartement impeccable

Nous avons eu un super sĂ©jour chez Chelo. L’accueil par Chelo et sa disponibilitĂ© Ă©taient super, l’appartement super confortable incluant les lits, super bien situĂ©. Nous avons tout fait Ă  pied pour les attraits touristiques et mĂȘme quand nous Ă©tions fatiguĂ©s il y avaient pleins de bons restos et de cafĂ©s tout autour. Je retournerai sans hĂ©siter!

Appartement complet et bien situé

Processus d'arrivée et de départ trÚs facile avec la disponibilité de Chelo. Appartement, bien équipé notamment avec l'air climatisé qui est trÚs efficace en été. Merci pour tout, ce fut trÚs agréable d'y séjourner.

Great location and value

Our host was wonderful. She was flexible and very helpful with providing us things to do, restaurants to enjoy and transportation within the area and to the airport. Highly recommended staying here as it’s a great location for many attractions Barcelona has to offer.

Beautiful stay in Barcelona

Overall our stay was wonderful. It wasn’t quite as clean as we would have hoped when we arrived but Chelo was wonderful and responsive and came by and cleaned the apartment beautifully. It’s a lovely apartment. Only drawback for us was the double bed. Too small for us so part of the stay my husband slept in the second bedroom. Also in the living room there is really only a couch so it’s not so comfortable for hanging out. For most people that would be fine because short term travelers won’t do much hanging out but we were there for two weeks so a couple of times it would have been nice to have a more comfortable living room space to sit in. I would recommend that they get another comfortable chair for in there. Other than that it was great. Chelo was wonderful
 always responsive, informative, and kind. Great location. Central to most things. Safe apartment building. Fabulous cafes on surrounding blocks.

AMAZING PLACE AND LOCATION

I booked this place because of the great reviews I had read from previous renters and let me tell you
 they did not miss. Chelo was fantastic from A to Z. The communication was excellent and she was more than accommodation and resourceful. The place was very clean and well organized. We were walking distance from most attractions and if not then public transport was really close. There are some great restaurants around the area and even coffee shops. I would recommended this place to anyone looking to visit Barcelona. The price was very good also.

Lovely apartment with ideal location for exploring Barcelona

This property was the perfect base for our 5-day stay in Barcelona. The flat is on a quiet street very close to Metro & bus lines, as well as many restaurants, bakeries, food stores. Also an easy walk to Passeig de GrĂĄcia, Gothic Cathedral or Sagrada Familia. The flat itself is impeccably clean, roomy and quiet, with a lovely interior courtyard. The owner was always available and very welcoming. I would definitely return to this property. It was a pleasure staying there!

Wonderful property and manager

Fabulous location near public transportaton, restaurants, groceries, etc. Apartment was well set up for all of our needs and felt clean and well cared for. Cooked breakfasts and a few dinners and found everything we needed. Nice to have a washer too. Chelo was very helpful before our visit and when greeting us. She was prompt and went to great length to ensure we knew about holiday closures, where to access groceries, how to take public transportation and even called a cab for us the day we departed, as well as provided a map and hilighted some sights upon our arrival. Only thing that could have been improved was shower needs new caulk (a bit moldy at this point and beyond cleaning). I pointed this out, so hopefully it will be addressed in the future. Didn't get in the way of having a great stay and we would return. Highly recommend this apartment, the owner and Barcelona.

Exceptional property in perfect location

This spacious, super clean two bedroom apartment with full kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine, was ideally situated in a safe, quiet residential area. It has lots of closet space and hangers. The bathroom is modern with a great shower. There are many restaurants, shops, supermarkets located within blocks of the apartment. Conveniently located a five minute walk away was the Tetuan Metro station. The building is very secure. Chelo met us upon arrival and demonstrated everything about the apartment and gave us lots of information about local restaurants and a local supermarket that has everything you could need. She made herself available at any time if problems arose but we encountered no issues at all. She even went so far as to insure that a taxi was available at the time of our checkout. We can't say enough good things about the apartment or Chelo.

Barcelona by train

There is reason why all the reviewers cite Chelo so highly in their comments, she absolutely is a great hostess. The apartment is really well located to everything we wanted to see. Quiet family friendly building and very secure. Had a few interactions with other tenants' all very pleasant. I'm sure we stuck out as not local, but we were treated just the same as if we belonged. Elevators were a nice option, we opted for the stairs most days. We cooked a couple of times during our stay and found everything needed to make a home cooked meal. We certainly would stay here again, the charm of this neighborhood flat and its wonderful hostess will remain in our fond memories of Barcelona. Thank You for having us!

Comfortable apartment in a great neighborhood

We loved the apartment. There was a pleasant breeze coming through the windows most days. AC was also available. It was exceptionally quiet. The neighborhood was more relaxed than Plaza Catalonia ( a 15 minute walk where the hop on/off buses are) with many nice sidewalk cafes. You can also walk to Sagrada Familia and the Arc de Triumph. Chello was very helpful and easy to keep in touch with.

Great location and quiet

This is a great apartment as it’s newer and in a vibrant local neighborhood not in a tourist area. However, it’s only a 15 to 20 minute walk to a bunch of the major attractions in Barcelona. What’s more it’s four stories up from the street level and looks into the courtyard so very quiet given the city location.

Amazing city, amazing stay!

Chelo is an excellent host! She is very attentive and informative. The apartment building is safe and very quiet which was nice after being around the hustle and bustle of a big city. Everything was clean and when we reached out to Chelo with questions she quickly responded. We look forward to our next visit and would definitely stay here again.

Can’t beat the location

My husband and I stayed at Chelo’s apartment for 5 night. You cannot beat the location of her apartment, We were within walking distance of everything and if you don’t feel like walking there are 2 metro stations close by. There are lots of great restaurants in the neighborhood as well as coffee shops and markets. We both work virtually and the apartment worked well for us because it has a lot of space. The apartment is well equipped with all the amenities you could need. Chelo was great at communicating before our arrival, she also greeted us upon our arrival, explained everything about the apartment to us, gave us helpful suggestions for restaurants and markets etc. chelo allowed us to stay late on our departure date and even arranged a taxi to the airport for us.
