Welcome to your Las Vegas escape, a beautifully designed 4-bedroom home located in the heart of the vibrant Spring Valley neighborhood. Just a short 10-minute drive to Allegiant Stadium and the iconic Las Vegas Strip, this property offers the perfect balance of excitement and relaxation.

Step into your private backyard oasis, where you can unwind in the sparkling pool, relax in the hot tub, or enjoy outdoor dining and grilling in a comfortable, stylish setting. Inside, the home offers a warm and inviting atmosphere with a cozy fireplace, smart TV, and high-speed WiFi—perfect for both entertainment and staying connected.

Note: Our pool is not heated. If you would like it heated, please advise at least 24 hours before your stay. There is an additional $50 per day for every day the pool is heated due to the high cost of propane. It is best to inform us in advance so that we can ensure he propane tank is full prior to your check in.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals with ease, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, grill, and all essential cookware and utensils. Enjoy your meals indoors or dine al fresco in the outdoor seating area.

Designed with comfort in mind, the home features three full bathrooms stocked with fresh towels, basic toiletries, a hair dryer, and an iron. Plush linens, central air conditioning, and heating ensure a comfortable stay year-round. An in-unit washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

For those working remotely, a dedicated office space with a desk, chair, and printer is provided.

Pet & Allergy Policy

We are a pet-friendly home and welcome dogs with prior approval.

If you have allergies to pet hair or dander, please consider this carefully before booking. While we perform a thorough cleaning after every stay—and additional cleaning following guests with pets—we cannot guarantee that the home will be free of pet allergens. Even in very clean environments, allergens can still be present.

If you are highly sensitive to animal allergens, we strongly recommend booking a non-pet-friendly property. By reserving this home, guests acknowledge and accept this risk.

If a guest books the home and later requests a deep allergen clean, this service can be arranged at the guest’s expense. A deep clean is a labor-intensive, multi-hour process that includes moving furniture, cleaning drapes, walls, and ceilings, shampooing rugs, and fully resetting the home. This level of cleaning is not performed between standard stays.

We do perform elevated cleaning after pet stays (which is why a pet cleaning fee applies) and schedule full deep cleans several times per year.
