This unit does have a attached apartment next to it. Back yard shared private front yard Out door shower , grill, stocked kitchen. There is a outdoor grill area with covered back porch. Pet friendly with approval. 2 car parking only.

This property has been wonderful to stay at. Quiet neighborhood and easy walk to beach. Cottage was clean and well appointed with everything we needed for our stay!

Great place

We rented Annie's Cottage for the week in April really enjoyed our stay. A convenient location to VB boardwalk, area attractions, very close to the highway and shops. 2 minute walk to the beach which was awesome. The house was very comfortable and clean for 3 adults and 1 dog and in a safe residential neighborhood. We met the owners who lives across the street. Would definitely stay here again if we visit VB area.

Convenient to everyone and everything we did.

Overall the property was convenient to our friends and the beach and worked well for our visit. Parking was a challenge. Odd to have a shared area with other renters but not a problem. Additional towels, wash cloths and blankets would be convenient.

Very nice with fenced in area for the dogs. Room on the back to lounge while enjoying dinners.

We loved our vacation home for a week. It was a perfect walk to the beach and roomy enough for the 4 of us and 3 fur babies. Already talking about next years trip. Thank you for accommodating all the needs during our stay.

Very nice and would stay again

Very accommodating and charming. Family enjoyed the location and all the amenities. A short walk to the beach and a short drive to the Boardwalk. Only about 15 minutes to the Norfolk Airport. Enjoyed being near the end of a culdesac, somewhat secluded and quiet. Found a few "hide-away-eateries" right down the street in the same neighborhood. Family commented how nice the beds slept and the master bedroom shower was second-to-none. All appliances worked and the AC was frigid. Would recommend this unit to friends and family. Thanks Kathy for stopping by and making sure we were being taken care of, Ward family, Dayton, Ohio.

Our Grandson's First Birthday Celebration

Our daughter and her family are in VA Beach and we travelled from NYS & RI to be part of the festivities for our grandson's first birthday. There were several of us so being able to stay together with our small dog was important. The cottage is conveniently located and cozy. Everything is clean and comfortable. The property location was lovely, however had some strange rules and was missing basic amenities

Due to issues with the original property we booked we were shifted to another property which was larger at no additional price. However there are some strange rules and basic amenities missing that you would expect there to be such as towels. One provision is you have to bring your own towels which for people out of town traveling is a strange request. In addition the beds are not made on arrival but you can request this for an additional cost. Furthermore in check out there is the rule you will be charged quite a large amount ($25) per half an hour over the check out time that you are there.

Great Location

This home is really is in the best location! It's an easy walk to the beach, and is near tons of restraunts and stores! We visited many places around and outside of Virginia Beach, within easy driving distances, and found it very convenient to get in and out of . The kitchen is well-equipped, we cooked several meals in .; it was nice not to feel we had to go out every night. The beds where very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this rental to other travelers.

Close to beach

We had a very nice week at Annie's Cottage. The fenced in yard made it perfect for our two small dogs.The kitchen was well equipped. The owners live on site and were very friendly, but it made it seem more like a bed and breakfast without the breakfast. It is a beautiful place to walk, fish, bike, and great restaurants. A quaint place.
