Welcome to our massive 6-bedroom Bucktown Wicker Park haven!

Guests will have access to the entire 4,500 sq ft home over 5 levels. Easy electronic check-in. *NOTE: This is a split level home so expect many stairs*

Outdoor Quiet Hours of 10pm-9am will be STRICTLY ENFORCED. You must agree to not congregate in any outdoor space during Quiet Hours.

While we want our guests to have fun and enjoy the space as much as possible, there is no tolerance for any behavior that will disrupt our neighbors.

Outdoor noise is monitored via automated sensors and violating quiet hours may result in a canceled reservation and/or penalty fines.

100% Smoke Free Property. Any smoking must be done on the street in front of the house.

We highly recommend this property to family and friend groups. The area is walkable to many coffee shops, restaurants, bars, shopping and parks. We were welcomed with Stan’s donuts, what a special treat! The property is gorgeous and has all the comforts of home. Beds and linens were extremely comfortable and there were plenty of towels for all bathrooms. There was enough space to spread out for quiet time and great spaces for gathering as well. There is only a short walk to the Blue Line for easy access to so many area attractions. Communication with Caitlin was excellent! She answered all questions promptly and helped us out when the snowstorm hit and many flights got cancelled and switched up around check-out. We are thankful for our fantastic experience here and would absolutely stay again :)

Perfect Stay – Beautiful Property in a Prime Location!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at this property! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need for a relaxing getaway.The location is unbeatable – close to great restaurants, shops, and local attractions, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. We especially loved spending our mornings on the patio with a cup of coffee and our evenings enjoying the cozy living space after exploring the area.The host was incredibly responsive, welcoming, and made sure we felt right at home. Every detail was considered, and it truly made our stay comfortable and memorable.We would absolutely return and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a top-notch VRBO experience!

Perfect in every way

We were so happy with our stay here. Every detail is taken care of at this gorgeous home. The location is excellent and the neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need. The home was immaculate, comfortable and spacious. Caitlin is very responsive and helpful. It’s especially nice to have a garage.

Summer in Chicago

You will not be disappointed! The house has everything that you need to be comfortable with a large group of people. The neighborhood is walkable and close to the blue line. Too many conveniences to name! The owner is amazing and has excellent communication. We’ll definitely be back.

Absolutely Perfect

We truly LOVED our stay at this property. The house was stunning and truly had everything you could possibly need to feel comfortable and at home. Every room is cozy and unique and therr was plenty of room for our friends and family. Great parking availability on the street for multiple cars, and overall just a stunning and beautiful home. By far one of the best properties we have ever stayed at. Caitlin and her husband were incredibly responsive when we had questions as well! Highly, highly, highly recommend staying here!!
