It's time for your beach getaway and this fabulously updated penthouse 7th floor Amelia Surf and Racquet villa is ready for your vacation! With two private balconies, both bedrooms oceanfront, and unparalleled oceanfront views, guests will experience a true seaside retreat!

The great room style living area features a comfortable sofa, an easy chair, flat screen TV, and round dining table with seating for four. Sliding glass doors on either side overlook the balconies and offer expansive views of the entire island; each with two chairs for maximum ocean viewing!

The sparkling white and completely remodeled kitchen is open to the rest of the space and is anchored by a quartz topped peninsula. A full-size washer and dryer are tucked out of the way beneath a butcher block work surface. Imagine preparing a tasty meal for the family with beautiful ocean views in the background!

The master suite is furnished with a king bed and coastal inspired decor. Sliding glass doors lead to the private balcony off of this room with astonishing views of the sandy shoreline. The newly renovated master bath includes a tiled combination shower/tub and granite topped vanity.

The second bedroom features two queen beds and sliders to the second private balcony. A hall bath is nearby and has been updated with a tiled combination shower/tub and white vanity with a granite top.

Amelia Surf and Racquet has two fabulous pools, four Har-Tru surfaced tennis courts, and an outdoor grill/picnic area. Guests will find what they are looking for whether it's a relaxing day at the beach, poolside fun, a game of tennis, or just a little glass of wine enjoying the stunning ocean views on the balcony.

We had a great long weekend here. The place is very nice with 2 wonderful balconies overlooking the beach and ocean. It was a nice complex with elevators, plenty of parking, and close to the grocery store.

Generally, it was very good. A few suggestions to make it better: 1. Maintenance for the building occurred for 3 days making the unit not habitable during these times. The renter should be forwarned and the price should reflect this. 2. The Master bathroom needs a “shower caddy”. This ~$20 item would make soap and shampoo easier to find and use. 3. The bathrooms need a grab bar. The tubs are an accident waiting to happen. 4. I don’t know how to improve the kitchen, but the DW makes the kitchen a one man job. 5. Redo the counter top w tile above the washer/driver. The wood looks like its supposed to be used despite the sign. All in, this was a good experience. Suggestions are meant to be helpful.

Condo was very nice; just as advertised. The view was fantastic. The property managers arranged for us to have early arrival which was very helpful. Our negative comments are we were missing supplies we were told would be there (dish soap & trash bags) so had to go buy some. Also, the internet was in and out the entire stay which was inconvenient.

Spring get away

The location is wonderful! The beach is never crowded. The view from the condo was great! The unit was fine, but needed some TLC. The shower head was really strong to the point it hurt. It was missing a lamp in the living room, but I found one in a closet without a shade and we used that for the week. Otherwise there would have only been 1 lamp for the entire area. Ceiling fans would have been nice and maybe a TV in the second bedroom, Found socks in a dresser drawer and the blender didn't work. Nice condo but would have been better with some improvements.
