This is a self-check in property. You will have access to one free parking space.

The main open area features a full size sofa, smart TV and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with full size appliances and some extras for our guests that like to prepare their own meals.

The roomy main bedroom has a queen bed, a smart TV, A/C and plenty of closet space for your belongings. A desk can function as a get ready or work area.

A second bedroom has arranged 2 beds: a full size and a twin. Also features enough closet space and windows for natural light.

This property comfortably accommodates 5 guests, but a sixth guest can sleep on the twin size bed - a pull out from the sofa.

The bathroom features a modern shower. We will have for you shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and more.

We are across the street from one of the most beautiful beaches in the metro area. That's why we offer you all the goodies - beach chairs, cooler, toys- to enjoy a full day at Isla Verde beach. Plus, the building has a big refreshing shared pool! You'll find yourself walking distance from pharmacies and groceries stores, as well as restaurants, fast foods, hotels, casinos, bars and nightlife.

Other things to note
Being right by the Isla Verde strip, some traffic noise could be heard in the apartment, specially during the night.
