I love this beachfront condo location on the 18th floor. Isla Verde is a great spot away from the craziness of downtown, with plenty of great restaurants and bars within walking distance. The beach is also fabulous. Wonderful for a quick get-a-way for a long weekend.

This property was a great location! 5 minutes from the airport and less than 20 minutes from Old San Juan and nightlife like La Placita. Amazing view of the beach from the balcony

BEAUTIFUL SPOT AND GREAT PLACE TO STAY

We work for a construction company and sent our co workers there to stay while they did work in Puerto Rico. The guys said the place was beautiful and had nothing but great things to say about it. I would 100% recommend this to stay here with Sonia if you get the chance

Awesome Ocean View

Beautiful ocean view from the balcony. Location is in walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. Sonia the host answered my questions in a timely manner and made sure we were aware of the ocean swimming conditions during our stay. Very relaxing vacation!

Beach Front Location

This property is located pretty much right on the beach, the view from the balcony was amazing! I love the fact that you walk right out of the building and the beach is a few feet away. There are multiple restaurants options everyone is friendly no matter where you go. This place had all the amenities we needed and more! We will definitely book with Sonia again in the future!

Great views

Dated apartment. The blinds in the bedrooms didn't go up which was disappointing. Bed was comfortable all the appliances worked. The views, the sound of the ocean, and the proximity to the beach made up for the dates look of the apartment. Building was quiet, check in was easy.

Beautiful views

As soon as we walk into the 18th floor apartment we felt the joy of calling it real vacation and relaxing time with the children’s. The view is espectacular and the breeze at night and in the mornings is great. The beds are great comfy mattresses. Will recommended to anyone.

Great vacation

I want to thank Sonia for everything she did for me letting check in earlier then we was supposed to for letting me bring me child last minute and for keeping me updated when the ripe tide was high I really appreciate it the condo was really nice clean with the most beautiful views of the ocean and pool beds were really comfortable me and my family had a great time will definitely rent again thank you again Sonia ❀
