I love this beachfront condo location on the 18th floor. Isla Verde is a great spot away from the craziness of downtown, with plenty of great restaurants and bars within walking distance. The beach is also fabulous. Wonderful for a quick get-a-way for a long weekend.

Wonderful location, very secure building, beautiful beach, and close to everything. The apartment itself is somewhat dated, blinds on windows broken, musty smell, could use new towels, wash cloths, beach chairs. It would be very helpful to have a booklet with local restaurants, activities, and instructions for things in the apartment. Communication before arriving seem to be quick but once we were there, it took a very long time for the host to respond.

BEAUTIFUL SPOT AND GREAT PLACE TO STAY

We work for a construction company and sent our co workers there to stay while they did work in Puerto Rico. The guys said the place was beautiful and had nothing but great things to say about it. I would 100% recommend this to stay here with Sonia if you get the chance

Beautiful ocean view from the balcony. Location is in walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. Sonia the host answered my questions in a timely manner and made sure we were aware of the ocean swimming conditions during our stay. Very relaxing vacation!

Beach Front Location

This property is located pretty much right on the beach, the view from the balcony was amazing! I love the fact that you walk right out of the building and the beach is a few feet away. There are multiple restaurants options everyone is friendly no matter where you go. This place had all the amenities we needed and more! We will definitely book with Sonia again in the future!

Beautiful views

As soon as we walk into the 18th floor apartment we felt the joy of calling it real vacation and relaxing time with the children’s. The view is espectacular and the breeze at night and in the mornings is great. The beds are great comfy mattresses. Will recommended to anyone.
