Newly Remodeled Beach View Condo

This newly remodeled condo is the perfect location for your next visit to Daytona Beach. We have everything you need to stay in and relax or spend the day at the beach!
Our bright and fun condo even has a restaurant connected to us.
The facility also offers coin laundry, gym, ice machine, vending machines, elevators and best of all we have beach access !

Your family will be close to everything when you stay here at this centrally-located condo.

The space
We offer a queen size bed and a pull out couch for up to 4 guest in the condo (recommended 2 small children as the couch is small). We have a kitchen that includes a full size fridge and freezer, microwave, coffee machine, blender, toaster and dishwasher. Fully stocked kitchen includes pans, plates, cups, silverware, spatulas & can opener. We also carry beach/pool towels, extra bedding, extra towels, chairs for beach, boogie board, sand toys and small ice chest for a beach day. Everything you need for a perfect day at the beach. Small shampoos, soaps are also included.

Guest access:
You will have a key (located inside condo) that will give you access to the pool & gym. We do not allow check ins after 9 pm. Please make travel accommodation accordingly.

Other things to note
The condo building its self is under construction due to hurricane damage. Beach access is now OPEN!
The pool is currently under construction

You MUST sign in at the front office to get a parking permit.
The front office only helps you with the parking permit. All other needs or questions must be done through the condo owner.
