With your own private entry down a long, beautifully lit walkway, you will be immersed in a quiet, lush landscape to begin your experience. Step into a meticulously designed space that blends modern aesthetics with cozy charm.

The spacious two-bedroom, one bathroom guest house comfortably sleeps six. Enjoy a restorative night’s sleep on luxuriously soft linens. Wake up at your leisure, open the shutters in every room and let the sunlight in when you are ready to start the day.

Enter the kitchen area, with a large island, and use our top-of-the-line appliances to prepare a delicious morning breakfast. Enjoy your coffee on the private patio, or take it over to the pool deck where you can lounge while listening to the sounds of a of our local birds starting their day. Enjoy exclusive access to the oversized, heated (April-October) and gated pool throughout your stay, to complete your experience in our oasis.

At night, unwind poolside with a glass of wine or visit some of the best restaurants Los Angeles has to offer, just a short drive away. With easy freeway access, the Malibu beaches, Hollywood, Beverly Hills and Santa Monica are all a short drive away. For those visiting colleges, CSUN, Pepperdine and Cal Lutheran are the local schools nearby.

This lovely guest house was perfect for our visit to LA! House and property were beautiful and neighborhood was quiet and enjoyable! Tricia and her husband were very kind and accommodating and even surprised us with yummy treats throughout our stay! Look forward to staying here again!

Great Guest House

Our visit was great. The house was incredibly clean and just as described. The host family was incredible with communication and even delivered fresh cookies shortly after our arrival. The location and parking were perfect also.

Great host and guest house

The host is amazing. She was quick to respond to any questions (before and during booking). She left great instructions about the property with fresh baked cookies for our arrival!No issues with listing and the guest house was exactly what we were looking for.

Amazing property and hospitality

My husband and I stayed with our two preteen boys and can’t say enough about this gem. The little bungalow guest house has been completely remodeled and is more comfortable than many five star hotels I have stayed in. Modern amenities including Viking gas stove, heated pool with diving board, lounge chairs, private entrance, private patio, plenty of towels and very comfortable beds. Plenty of privacy and lovely vegetation. Paul and Tricia were easy to communicate with and made check-in and check-out incredibly easy. Bonus - we got homemade cookies! Close to shops, restaurants, mall, and 101. I will rest easy knowing we have a place to stay when we come back to LA.

Amazing experience. 5 stars across the board

We can't rave enough about the property or our hosts. From the first message before arrival to our departure the experience was exceptional. Communication before arrival was clear and concise. Our host was responsive to questions and support. We arrived late on a Friday to a fresh homemade batch of giant chocolate chip sea salt cookies which caused a riot of joy in our family. (ask the owners about their bakery website) The house is pristine and beautifully presented with the right amenities to get you started in our home away from home. We stayed a week and our family had a blast with access to the pool and neighboring restaurants including Calabasas Commons. We used the property as our launching point as we visited LA and settled our oldest into college and we put the house to the test as we had 6 college age students stop for an evening of pool party and dinner. Our hosts went above and beyond making us feel welcomed and ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay.

Perfection in every sense

I’m not a Vrbo person. This was my 1st time renting. I chose this property because of the private pool, as my daughter was to miss her swimming practice for this last min vacation. I thought she could practice for an hour every day.The property is located in a very quiet neighborhood. It’s a guest house back of the main property. The entrance is a long pathway covered by the tree canopies. There is a tree on the side of the walkway which looks like a sculpture itself. The whole guesthouse was decorated with simplicity and aesthetics in mind. Every product has been chosen carefully, as it appears right away.The outdoor seating area is like an enchanted space. Pool is equipped with a diving board. There is another outdoor sitting area by the pool.The host Tricia and Paul were amazing. They were very responsive to our needs. They kept the pool heated, and when our co detectors alarm’s batteries needed a replacement, they were there right away to replace it.One morning, Tricia left us Scones with clotted cream and blueberry spread, which appeared home made. I have never eaten so many scones at a time
..I need her recipe!!!!!I forgot to tell, we were greeted by some of the best tasting chocolate chip, sea salt cookie which added an extra warmth and made us feel invited right away.This place and the host deserves a 10/5 ratings if possible, we loved every second of our stay!

Meget nemt at bedĂžmme; alt var perfekt og stedet ligger i et roligt og sikkert kvarter med god forbindelse til motorvejene. VĂŠrtinden Tricia er meget dedikeret i at sikre, at dit ophold bliver godt. Klart at foretrĂŠkke fremfor et hotel.

Clean, private oasis

I had the best stay here. Warm pool, great kitchen to cook in and easy location to get to and stay around. Great neighborhood for walks, met the neighbor dog, it was just a great place to be. The hosts are so thoughtful with welcome treats and great communication. Would love to stay again!
