Deux pour la mer ... Lumineux et lumineux, joliment décoré 3 chambres, 3 salles de bain plus récente maison située dans la ville de Holmes Beach sur l'ßle pittoresque Anna Maria. Situé à l'ouest de la route principale, à seulement un pùté de maisons à pied de la plage avec un accÚs facile à la plage.

Cette maison offre des planchers en bambou, plafonds cathédrale et une grande cuisine ouverte sur les espaces de vie et de salle à manger. Deux suites de maßtre sur le plancher principal et une grande chambre à l'étage avec sa propre salle de bain privée. Haute vitesse, accÚs Internet sans fil fourni et téléviseurs à écran plat.

Just what we needed!!!

We loved our time here. The house was absolutely perfect and super close to the beach. We also enjoyed the pool at the end of the day. Thanks for having us!

Nice home close to beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Nice spacious home close to beach with a pool and large covered patio area. Good location with easy access to nice beach. Quiet area, free trolley available to ride around the island. Some restaurants only accepted cash. Enjoyed watching the sunset each evening. Appliances could use some updating, but everything worked so not a big deal. Nice beach feel to home. We appreciated haveing a wagon to pull to beach with beach chairs, umbrella, and towels provided.

Great location but lacking in ALL the things.

We don’t leave many reviews but thought this could be helpful to other families. Overall cleanliness was quite disappointing. The kitchen drawers and cabinets and things in them were just flat out disgusting. Significant lacking of kitchen supplies is an understatement. Especially with utensils- not even a spatula/turner in the house. No disherwasher soap or laundry detergent. Hand soap ran out halfway through the trip. No shampoo or conditioner. Zero beach supplies- you need to rent everything. Location is fabulous. Beaches here are much quieter than further south in AMI. Pool and hot tub don’t offer much shade but was good reprieve after so much sun at the beach.

Family Spring Break 2023

Overall we were pretty dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the property. I had read the reviews prior to our stay and wasn’t really worried because usually you have to take them with a grain of salt but honestly I was shocked at how much TLC the property was in need of. Sometimes it was hard to be there because I wanted to go buy scrub brushes and a gallon of bleach to clean the place up! The patio by the pool area was covered in mold, the pool was dirty, the furniture by the pool is covered in filth and stains so we didn’t sit on them The siding and deck needs a good pressure washing. All outdoor furniture needs replacement. The fridge is covered in rust and was always leaking, the bathrooms were dirty and one has a throw rug that cannot be washed. All the mattresses were very uncomfortable, the king had a piece of plywood under it. We are pretty sure the sheets were not washed prior to our arrival, we found a dead lizard in the room upstairs and a dead squirrel in the back yard. We emailed the property manager the first night and received no response back. Overall we had a great time and made the best of the vacation but this was by far the worst rental property we have stayed in and we have been coming to AMI since 2014. We will definitely be going back to Anna Maria Accommodations as there is certainly a huge difference in the quality of the properties. The house is a short walk to the beach and close to Publix and restaurants.

Beautiful property with some needs

Beautiful property however there are some areas that need improvement. The third story bedroom is great for a large group, however a few of the beds are on a downward slant toward the head of the bed. Which cause a few mornings of extreme headaches, until we figured it out and changed beds. Also the third floor shower had very little water pressure, and little to no hot water. The kitchen was great, lots to cook utensils, pits, pans, and serving dishes. The knife situation was a bit lacking but we made it work. The grill outside worked well, however the renters are responsible for propane, so we bought a tank, which will benefit many other (we hope). The outside area was great, lots of sun and lots of shade. The mosquitoes however were KILLER!! Screening in the lower patio area would have been amazing! Also at the time we went the pool was filled with palm nuts no matter how often we skimmed, one time during our stay was the pool maintained by a professional, which made the pool super fun to be in again. The pool needs some repairs with the tiles but it worked well when we need a bit of pool fun!!

Spring break 2022

The house was a perfect fit for our family. It was a short walk to the beach. When we had enough beach time we went back to the pool. The pool was used everyday, well worth the extra money to heat.

House of many rules

This house isn't one of our favorites...it has many rules which include thermostat, fireplace use not allowed, what you can cook (specifically the fresh fish caught), hot tub heat(always cool), use of rooftop not allowed. Internet is wonky along with satellite reception for televisions...it was two days before we could use either. Lots of mold in the bathrooms. Stains and rips on the cushions. Many of the kitchen appliances are worn out...the drawer of the range is even hanging and falls off regularly. On the positive: it's a decent walk to the beach, it provides soap and linens, paper towels...basics. Renters should know that you need to bring your own propane. I had asked prior and was told the grill was propane, but not that propane wasn't provided (which has always been included in other beach houses that we have rented). Pool stayed nasty due to vegetation around the area needing pruned. Jets do not work in pool...there was never any pool service during the entire week that we were there. No net provided for us to clean ourselves.

Great Location and very nice place to stay for holiday

To begin the place was awesome and mere 150 meters from beach. Very spacious, bright and comfortable place for enjoying your holiday. Issue we had: Lots of Mosquitoes in pool area so you should carry Bug Spray. WIFI does not work consistently and keeps dropping. Two single beds on the top floor seems to be broken (we did not need them though). Ice Maker in refrigerator does not work :( Still at the end all these minor issues can be overlooked as it was still a lot of fun with family and this place gave us the much needed break from this COVID lockdown.

Nice Vacation

It was a nice house and location was great! The beach and pool were perfect for our family vacation. The house was nice but some areas I thought could use a little extra cleaning or refresh. Some items in the kitchen could be updated and refreshed. We had a few minor maintenance issues that were fixed a few days later. On Sunday the AC stopped working and someone fixed it that evening which was very nice! Overall, was a great family vacation and we would come back again! Thank you!

Great space and location. On the aged side of fit and finish, with a lot of mosquitos

This property absolutely did the job. Four adults and a 3yr old. Spacious and open kitchen and living space. Fabulous book collection. Many properties on Anna Maria have mosquito challenges, and this was one of them. Having stayed in a few on the island, this property is due some freshening of fit and finish but is still lovely. Had a couple of handover snags, that were very quickly remedied by the agent. Note the upstairs bathroom (for the attic room with four single beds) is cruise ship small, so best for one or two people up there.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Enough room for everyone, 8 adults and 2 children. Just a short walk to the beach. It was very nice to have a wagon and beach chairs to take to the beach. We hope to return next year! 😊

Perfect location on AMI

Property had a great location on Holmes Beach, 3 min walk to beach and same to shops and bars yet the neighbourhood is very quiet - loved that. Accommodation is good but in my opinion is overdue a general upgrade throughout. Overall a good experience and we loved Anna Maria.

Great place! Some things outdated.

We would rent this place again!! Great property. Beach is close. We had a 10 month old and 4 year old plus another family with 10 year olds and we all enjoyed the location and space. Pros: location, size, outdoor spaces, air works well upstairs, pool cleaned 2x a week. Beach cart and some chairs for beach at house. Cons: check in is old school- have to pick up and drop off actual keys which is very inconvenient when you don’t have a car and it’s 95 degrees out and you have to bike there to do this all (text me a code!!!), kitchen needed to be better stocked (not even salt or pepper on site which we found odd), not many pool toys or things like that at house already and we even had to rent a cooler- thought that kind of stuff would end up being there. Tv was grainy and WiFi kind of sucked. Outside got buggy- they had some repellent candles but it would have been nice if there were some stronger tourches or something to keep bugs away better. Overall we were happy and would rent again! The negative things were all kind of small things that didn’t really effect our stay too much. Location was important to us and this was great! Watched sunset every night at the beach.

Nice area and convenient!

Overall we had a nice stay but the property needs a bit of updating or cleaning as the pool area furniture was dirty. Nice layout of rooms and location and decorated nicely. Our biggest gripe however was the spa is not for guest use even though the theme has spa labeled in its description and it’s seen in the pics. Deceptive to say the least. Also there is a rooftop patio that is not allowed for guest use. It was the first time we rented a VRBO where some main features of a property weren’t to be used by guests, especially after paying Spring Break prices.

Vacation heaven

Took our entire family for a week of fun, relaxation and warm weather. This house was just perfect for our group of 10. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which was so nice especially with 6 adults. Kitchen had plenty of dishes, pans and silverware. What we enjoyed most about this place was the backyard. The pool was just perfect and our grandkids spent MANY hours playing and swimming. The seating area was so relaxing and a great place to have a drink and sit and read. There's also a place to enjoy your meals out there! We ended up using the grill for most of our dinners. Fresh grouper was just delicious! We had a problem with one of the toilets, called to let them know and it was taken care of that very same day. Fantastic house, amazing location and great service. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation.

Nice house and very close to the beach

The house was great overall however the appliances are outdated and need updated. The TV's are also outdated as two of the bedrooms have tube style TV's in them and not flat screens. The comforters on the bed were stained and appeared dirty. Called Mike Norman and they sent the cleaning crew out to launder them but the stains remained. The layout of the house and the proximity to the beach though were awesome. The above didn't affect our trip at all for the most part. The back patio has a great layout and is perfect to lounge around at after a hot day at the beach. If the appliances, TV's and covers were replaced this house would be a 5 no doubt!

Awesome House Awesome Location

Our family of six stayed here and absolutely loved this house. Clean, had everything you needed, comfortable, lovely pool with patio. We utilized every inch of this house and felt like we were at home. Convenient location to restaurants, trolley, beach, shopping, and grocery store. A bathroom for every bedroom. A large display of books to read. Convenient laundry room. A two car garage (very convenient). A nice one block walk to a very lovely beach. Will stay here again. We all had a great time! Mike Norman Realty is a dream to rent from. They make it very easy. Will use them again of course.

USA TODAY was right-this is the best beach in America

This cottage was adorably furnished and had everything we needed. It was a block from the beach which included a short walk through a jungly wooded path that made it feel like we were on our own deserted island. The white sand and blue gulf waters beckoning us framed by the green vegetation. Loved that shopping, gym, the trolley and excellent restaurants (Eat Here) were within walking distance, if we didnt want to hang out by the pool. I wish I could live here full time!
