Big Blue is a charming two story home that was easily accessible to the different activities we did in the area. We enjoyed the views from the front porch and balcony. The owners provided many useful extras. We highly recommend the house to others.

We spent a delightful few days at this splendid house. Everything worked, the beds were so comfortable, we loved hanging out on the verandah and the cosy sofa and TV were a great wind down after a long day. Thank you, perfect!

Close Proximity to Memorial Hospital

Stayed a week while a family member was in ICU close by. Very clean, the bed was super comfortable, and it had a lot of little finishing touches that I thought were truly above and beyond. Would absolutely stay here again!

Relaxing and inviting

Loved this home! It was comfortable and clean and all of the appliances were state of the art. The king size beds were a nice touch. We felt right at home here.

Super clean and organized home in a great downtown location. However it was a little difficult to accommodate four people with a very small bathroom and a total of one mirror in the house.

Great place to stay!

We had a lovely stay at the Big Blue House. The location was perfect to access downtown and the space was very comfortable. Furnishings and appliances were lovely - everything was very as described with nice touches and amenities. The only comments worth noting is that the bathroom is small and there is no full length mirror (certainly not deal breakers, but if we had to give critique, that would be it). Great parking - balcony was definitely a value add!

Big Blue is a great rental property

What a wonderful place to stay and base from to explore the Colorado Springs area. this house has most everything you would want in a rental. The kitchen is modern and has been recently updated and the second floor has all the charm of an older home. The only advice I would give is that if you don't like stairs or struggle going up/down stairs, this may not be the rental for you.

Nice weekend stay

Communication was very good and accommodating. We didn’t receive a confirmation email with entry details but they took care of us. There were no sharp knives and again they offered to accommodate. Place itself is a bit funky. An example is if you’re tall, the batsman be cramped.
