Phoenix VI est l'un des complexes de condominiums les plus relaxantes sur la cĂŽte du golfe. Il y a une raison plus les vacanciers restent dans cet appartement que tout autre Ă  Orange Beach.



Ce condo Phoenix VI est l'un des meilleurs sur la plage! IdĂ©al pour un couple avec une petite famille. Il y a beaucoup d'activitĂ©s, notamment une salle de musculation, terrain de racquetball, sauna, piscine intĂ©rieure chauffĂ©e, des bains Ă  remous, des courts de tennis, de basket-ball et une piscine extĂ©rieure. Deux courts de tennis vous attendent Ă  l'extĂ©rieur. Il y a mĂȘme un bel espace gazebo pour se dĂ©tendre sous pendant que vous BBQ'ing.



Venez vous détendre sur le balcon avec une vue imprenable sur le golfe ou de dormir sur le grand lit king dans le maßtre. Le condo a une salle de bain complÚte hors le maßtre et un demi-bain hors du couloir d'entrée. La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée. Nous sommes idéalement situés à proximité des restaurants, des épiceries et non loin des centres commerciaux.



Notre condo est situé au deuxiÚme étage, et pas trÚs loin à pied de l'ascenseur. Envoyez-moi un e-mail et poser des questions sur les nombreuses réductions. En général, cette unité sera vendu moins de la sur la compagnie de gestion du site.



Stationnement: Vous devez acheter vos laissez-passer de stationnement à votre arrivée. Ils sont facturés une fois pour 35 $ plus taxes par véhicule. condos d'une chambre sont garantis 1 carte de stationnement. Deux et trois appartements d'une chambre sont garantis deux passes de stationnement. passes supplémentaires seront vendus sur la base de la disponibilité dans le stationnement.

Anniversary get away, really enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay, everything was great, no problems at all we used the stairs to come and go, and to get to the beach, as waiting on the elevator took awhile, can hear the ocean from the balcony, close to several eating places. We would stay again if we are ever back in the area.

Great April Stay

We loved everything about the Phoenix 6 condo. There were absolutly no issues and the view from the room was fabulous. The hot tubs, pools, and all other facilities were great. We can't wait to stay here again.

Great Stay

2 adults and a 6 year old! It was a great quick stay! I had a wedding to attend across the street at Zeke’s and it was perfect. My friends I invited got to enjoy the condo and amenities more than me but loved every minute. It was a cute condo and the perfect view of sunrise. Overall everything was clean, beds and pillows were comfy. I will be booking this condo again!

The AC is 15 years old. We made multiple attempts to contact the owner and she was impossible to get ahold of. You’d think a business would check their voicemails or at least answer the phone in the middle of the day. Due to the AC not properly working the entire condo was humid and sticky. All of the furniture was wet. Way too much money for wet furniture, a wet bed, and a sticky.

Everything was great until the check out process, the cleaning lady came INTO our room at 9am without asking while my family was still asleep (huge invasion of privacy) and then continued from 9am till 10 to knock on our door and ring the door bell and trying to come in the door before 10, we had to put the extra lock on our door to keep her from walking in. Highly don’t recommend booking through her for them, the manager of the property was great when we talked to him about it and next time we will be book through the phoenix company! Other than this issue our stay at the phoenix was great and highly recommend this property, just don’t book with the outside company!

Generally, the property was what was expected and we were satisfied. some downside items were.. the building is noisy[coud hear the people above us]. The clothes dryer should be checked it took forever to dry a load of clothes. Cleanliness was average-needs attn to detail.

The property was clean and well maintained daily. The owner contacted us and asked if we needed anything. All we needed was new batteries for channel changers and that was taken care of immediately. I would highly recommend this condo for a 2 person stay. The extra bathroom was a huge plus. We found the diamond in the rough at SUN ROC just down the street to the EAST. Marine restaurant and excellent shopping experience. We have never been there. Make sure you visit Too Hot Babes excellent womens swimming suits. Thank you we will be back.
