The Space:

The gentle hum of the nearby resort’s water complex drifts in, while the pool and hot tub glisten under the clear sky, promising calm evenings after a day at the parks. Inside, generous gathering spaces welcome you to unwind, share stories, and plan the next adventure together.



Sleeping arrangements

Nine bedrooms are spread across two floors, offering space for large families and groups. Downstairs, the Master features a king bed that sleeps 2. Upstairs, the Harry Potter room offers two full beds, while the Fronzen room includes bunk beds that sleep 3. Three Kingdom rooms each provide a king bed for 2, and the Jaque Mate rooms feature queen beds for 2. The Calming Retreat includes two full beds that sleep 2. Bed linens, comfortable beds, and clean sheets are provided.



Indoor living

Two living areas offer ample room to relax, each equipped with a TV, sound system, and a game console for friendly competition or cozy movie nights. A dedicated workspace provides a quiet corner for those who need to catch up on emails or plan the next day’s itinerary.



Kitchen & dining

A large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, cooking basics, and essential kitchen amenities makes it easy to prepare meals together. Two indoor dining areas give plenty of room for shared breakfasts or dinners, while a washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays.



Outdoor living

The outdoor pool and hot tub create a calm setting for evenings, whether you prefer a quiet soak or gathering around the patio. Outdoor patio furniture and a BBQ grill offer a comfortable spot to enjoy fresh air, and free parking on the premises simplifies arrivals and departures.

Solara Resort surrounds you with an expansive water complex that includes a wave simulator, splash pad, and areas suited for little ones. Sports courts, a fitness center, and a teen hangout center provide activities for all ages, while a bar and grill and an ice‑cream parlor add convenient dining options nearby. Easy access to Disney, Universal Studios, and countless restaurants makes the villa a perfect base for exploring Kissimmee’s top attractions.

Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.



The garage has been converted into a game room. Therefore, indoor parking is not available.

Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have a Ring camera by the front door.
