Bienvenue à la Twin Lakes Beach House située en face de Twin Lakes Sate Beach et dans le port de plaisance de Santa Cruz. Ceci est une belle maison de 3 chambres, 3 salles de bains avec des tonnes de lumière naturelle et un grand salon spacieux et bien aménagé. Les trois chambres sont situées au deuxième niveau de la maison, offrant une vue magnifique sur Twin Lakes State Beach. Détendez-vous tout en admirant la vue sur les lacs Twin et le port de Santa Cruz. L'entrée contient une cour en brique parfaite pour les cocktails, les b-b-cues et les dîners relaxants à l'extérieur. La plage des Twin Lakes est parfaite pour les feux de joie la nuit entre amis
Le port de plaisance de Santa Cruz propose des activités infinies pour que votre famille et vos amis profitent de vacances inoubliables à la plage. Ce petit coin de paradis est à quelques pas de Twin Lakes Beach, l'une des plages les plus populaires de Santa Cruz, avec des filets de beach-volley, des stands de feu de joie et abrite le restaurant "The Crows Nest" proposant des fruits de mer frais tous les jours. Pendant les mois d'été, le "The Crows Nest" accueille les soirées de plage les plus épiques le jeudi soir avec des divertissements en direct amusants et funky, des danses de plage, un bar en plein air et un savoureux barbecue. Faites une croisière de première classe à travers la baie de Monterey à bord du chardonnay's Charters, un voilier de 70 pieds, tout en admirant la beauté de nos côtes perpétuelles et en éprouvant l'exaltation de la voile. Perfect Holiday

Our family spent Thanksgiving there and the courtyard made a great gathering area for dinner. The location was great and the house was spacious and well kept. Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful home close to the beach

Thank you so much to the owners of this beautiful home! The amazing thing is it didn't feel like a rental but like our own home. Comfortable and close to the beach. Our family has stayed at many rentals over the past 20 years and we all thought this was the best!

We had a great stay at this house. Not everyone stayed at the house but those of us that did enjoyed it. Do bring ear plugs if you’re a lite sleeper because the is a fair amount of street noise. We did a lot of cooking & dinning while there and the kitchen was extremely well stocked with all of our needs. Great location & enjoyed seeing the ocean from the living room.

Family gatehering

Lovely property, closer to the beach than I thought it would be. Lovely view of twin Lakes Beach from the living room. Also had a beautiful courtyard where our family gathered and played games. House was very clean and was nicely provisioned. Great kitchen with everything you would need and abundant resources like salt,pepper and coffee. We would like to stay here again. We had 6 adults and 2 littles. Perfect.

Totally false. We've been in contact about the charger that you left behind, and you were told housekeeping did not find it. I would caution hosts about renting to this individual: He did not complete the required rental agreement, and in lieu of a copy of his driver's license - he submitted a signature page. Setting up to be a scam.

Twin Lakes

We had a wonderful stay at the Twin Lakes Beach House. The house was spacious, dog friendly and well furnished. It was not only just steps from the beach but was also in easy walking distance to a number of nice restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The garage included bikes, beach games and toys; so there was plenty to keep us occupied. There was a problem with the hot tub, but we were given plenty of notice about the situation before our arrival date and were provided the option of a discounted rate to compensate for the lack of the hot tub or another rental that had a hot tub. We elected to stay and they threw in a gift certificate for a restaurant at the harbor, which we thought was more than fair.

Very roomy and warm.

We like relaxing in the home when we take vacations. It was the best home we have stayed in ever. It was very spacious and comfortable. In addition, the private courtyard was an added bonus. The kids could be outside without us worrying about them. We are definitely returning here next summer. thanks Miguel

Perfect for us

This home is spectacular, beautifully maintained well-stocked kitchen and Three lovely bedrooms and bathrooms, the outside courtyard is also fabulous. Special bonus for us it is only two doors for our daughters house on the same street. It's such a perfect fit for us will do it again next Thanksgiving.

This house is in a great location!

The house has a a great open floor plan! With a beautiful master bedroom, hot tub on the upper deck with great ocean views. Walk to the Harbor, the beach, restaurants and more. We stayed here for the weekend with a family of five and it was perfect. Another plus was pets were allowed and the hard scaped yard was great for them to wander around in. I highly recommend this house

Great beach house! Amazing location, spacious, with lots of parking.

This house had everything you could need for an amazing vacation. There is plenty of space to accommodate a large group, it's walking distance to the beach and downtown, has plenty of off street parking, and the perfect courtyard for bbqing and sitting by the fire. There is excellent wifi and entertainment center, a large kitchen for cooking, and a spa on the back deck just outside one of the bedrooms. I couldn't have asked for a better location and home to stay in for the weekend. I'd highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a great vacation in Santa Cruz.

Adorable beach house! A lot of amenities, spacious, parking, and extremely close to the beach!

This house was absolutely charming! Extremely spacious and clean. WiFi is on the property. I loved the short walk to the beach and the harbor! The location is close to downtown, the boardwalk, and a lot of great restaurants. The neighborhood does require parking permits, but this house had plenty of off street parking! The courtyard was to die for! It blocked the coastal wind, so you could bbq, hand out, and relax in the yard while enjoying the sunshine! This is great for a family vacation, get together, or a romantic trip away. I recommend this rental and would definitely stay here again! Thank you for the great weekend!
