Une retraite élégante et paisible vous attend dans cette maison de plage magnifiquement aménagée. La location de vacances de trois chambres et deux salles de bain se trouve dans un quartier résidentiel inhabituellement calme avec accès à toutes les attractions les plus populaires de la région: Elle est située à trois pâtés de maisons de Twin Lakes Beach (avec sauveteurs et foyers) et à 800 mètres de Santa Cruz Port de plaisance. Il est à seulement cinq minutes du parc d'attractions Boardwalk, Capitola Village et du centre-ville animé de Santa Cruz; à dix minutes des forêts de séquoias avec des kilomètres de sentiers de randonnée et de vélo; à 40 minutes en voiture de Monterey Bay Aquarium; et à 35 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport de San Jose sans trafic.

Le plan d'étage ouvert, la chambre et la salle de bain en bas et aucune étape pour entrer dans la maison en font une maison adaptée aux fauteuils roulants si vous avez un tel besoin.

Cette maison confortable et joliment décorée comprend une cuisine entièrement équipée avec des comptoirs en béton et des appareils haut de gamme - tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vous divertir à la maison. Si vous devez apporter votre travail avec vous, la maison est équipée du WIFI haut débit, fonctionne même bien dans la cour!

La cour clôturée a un bain à remous privé, vous pourrez vous détendre sous les étoiles, ainsi qu'une table pour les repas en plein air et un barbecue à gaz. Il y a même un chariot équipé de chaises longues, de parasols, de planches de bodyboard et de skim et de jouets pour compléter vos vacances à la plage. Draps et serviettes fournis. Apportez simplement vos maillots de bain et profitez-en! Peut accueillir une à huit personnes. Ceci est une maison non fumeur.

Everything about this stay was easy, and the place was worth every penny. It was conveniently located within 20 minutes of the Boardwalk and Capitola, and walking distance to the beach. We had a wonderful vacation with this as our homebase.

Great home in a nice neighborhood with a spacious kitchen and beautiful outdoor space. Wonderful living room with great seating that accommodated our family very comfortably. Annual 5 friends weekend. We had a great time. The house was exactly, if not better, than described. Clean, comfortable, close to the beach, golf, restaurants and town. Plenty of places to relax inside and out. We were able to play scrabble, do crafts, enjoy meals. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. Very easy to coordinate with. Highly recommended!

Summer vacation in Santa Cruz

Nice newer home located within easy walking distance to the harbor, restaurants and beach. Maureen was great with allowing us to get in early and in quickly addressing a minor issue we had. Would definitely recommend staying here.

My husband and I work and live in Silicon Valley. We are Ohio transplants but have called San Jose our home for over 30 years so I guess we are locals now. We love to hike, bike, fish (my husband) and relax at the beach.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Even though we only live 25 minutes from the property we feel like we are on vacation whenever we go to Santa Cruz. The stress and traffic of Silicon Valley makes coming to Santa Cruz so relaxing. We had been looking for a vacation rental for over 3 years as we needed a downstairs bed and bath and an open floor plan for our son who uses a wheelchair. We also wanted to be close to a beach with no stairs so we could easily get him to the beach. 420 9th Ave. met and exceeded our needs.

We loved the quiet street, the cement floors and counter tops and the wheelchair friendliness of the home.
