This four bedroom, three bathroom condo with a bonus room sleeps up to twelve guests. The master bedroom features a cozy, king size bed and opens up to your private gulf-front balcony. The second master also has a king bed with queen sleeper sofa and has it's own private bathroom and the third bedroom boasts a queen bed. With the bonus room bunks and queen sleeper sofa in the expansive living room, the whole family can unwind after a day spent playing in the waves. Best of all, a large, modern kitchen enables you to save money for fun by preparing your own meals.

The Boardwalk Beach Resort includes:

2,500 square foot zero entry pool (heated during winter months)

Parking & Resort Registration:
Boardwalk requires all guests to pre-register prior to arrival. A registration link will be sent to you closer to your check-in date to complete this process. Parking passes are $50 plus applicable taxes and include up to two (2) passes per reservation. In addition, resort-issued armbands are required for all guests and are $6 plus applicable taxes per person.

Family vacation

We can down for our yearly family vacation and really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and spacious as well as the 3 balconies. We felt safe with security actually verifying people On the property belonged there. It is a very family oriented resort. We will book again.

Family vacation

I've been here several times. I love the facility, pools, and on site security guards that pay attention to guest. Hot tubs could use maintenence but at least it's hot. Washer needs repairs but that's normal. Ecd could have a better response time but the place is nice.

Great Place To Stay

Beautiful condo and priceless view of the beach. My only complaint is with a three bedroom the cost should provide for at least two parking passes.

The emerald coast people were uniformly nice and helpful. The condo was dingy. The furniture was grimy. The kitchen had dirty dishes and was poorly appointed. Worst of all the air conditioning units for our floor were outside our condo door and were filthy with bird excrement completely covering the floor hoses and condensers also feathers and bird parts with a couple of live birds. Unsanitary and unhealthy as this was blowing around allowing feathers and anything else not gooped down to blow into our condo. I did leave a message about this with emerald coast management when we checked in. It wasn’t cleaned during the 2 weeks we were there and probably hadn’t been cleaned for months (years?) the other common areas lobby’s elevators pools etc were very nice and clean.

Great place to stay

The condo was clean with plenty of room for our family of 10. There was plenty of cooking utensils and dining room. The balcony was wonderful-really big with lots of seating. The pool is very nice and the splash pad was a bonus. Be forewarned, there are a lot of rules in the pool-no jumping, throwing balls or use of rafts which was disappointing. Security guards were super courteous when enforcing. Property owners were very nice to work with. Beautiful view from the room. Elevators were fast and parking was great. Short walk to the beach. Overall great stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my 8th time staying at the Boardwalk Resort and I always have the best experience and this time did not disappoint. Our unit accommodated my group wonderfully. The suite in the back was a bonus. We were impressed with early check in and maintenance request promptness. The views are fabulous and the amenities were perfect for my group from the tiki hut to the proximity of the beach the pool and hot tub did not disappoint. If you have a large group that want to stay in the same unit. This is the place!

Terrible Experience

Day 1: arrived on a Saturday and the AC was not working. Day 2: made a phone call that morning to let them know the AC was not working and they said they would send someone out. That evening we also discovered that the washing machine was not working and we left a message on their website.Day 3: maintenance man came out to discover the AC had frozen over and began working to remedy that situation. He checked the washing machine and discovered the motherboard was out and a new washer would be needed. He told us to let management know that they would replace the washer faster that way. after going back-and-forth with management ALL DAY long, they finally informed us that new washing machine would be delivered on FRIDAY!! Our trip would be ending the next day, Saturday. They did bring us extra towels, thank goodness for that. But they did not discuss any type of compensation for the fact that we would not have access to a washing machine that entire week!The unit is extremely dated and the furniture is peeling and stained. The bedspreads are from the 1970s look and the beds themselves are extremely uncomfortable!We were very disappointed in this unit and the only good thing I can say about this unit is that the balcony was very spacious with ample seating for our party of six.I would not recommend this unit to anyone.

Another Great Stay at Boardwalk

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Boardwalk at least once a summer for the past 15 years and we have never been disappointed. Every stay has been a great experience. The rooms are always nice and clean. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The property is always clean and well-maintained. The food at the tiki bar Under the Boardwalk is as good as you will find at the beach. We will definitely stay at Boardwalk again. The only thing we would recommend is that Boardwalk BAN tents in front of the beach chairs and move the tents away from the water.

Everything was as shown. Perfect for the group we had. Plenty of room. The kitchen was especially nice and roomy. Could have used some bigger skillets to cook with but we managed just fine. We loved the area too. Will definitely consider this place a gain.

Family Vaca

Wonderful time with family. Unit was perfect for our needs of 2 adult children with their kids plus us. Would recommend. Only down side is that this unit can be rented as 2 separate units so with that being said, if you rent the entire thing as we did then you should be able to get 3 parking passes for parking on site. Because if you rent it separately there would be 3 parking passes

Plenty of room for everyone

The property was just as pictured and very spacious for 4 adults and 4 teen/tweans. I liked that it was located in a less commercial, less crowded part of the beach and across from the golf course. Grounds, pool, private beach and snack bar were perfect for our group. If the spring weather had cooperated we probably would not have left the place all week

Enjoyable stay

The unit was just as advertised. Very clean. Well equipped (except for eating utensils and no potholders). Our only issue was with WiFi which was corrected promptly.

Great place to stay

The check in process was so easy! Our kids arrived first and were able to go to the condo after the guard shack confirmed that we were behind them. The condo was spacious and clean with a great view!
