Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

If visitors start showing up at all hours, neighbors complain of multiple people coming and going from home around the clock or during the night, if police show up to the house for any reason, then you have broken a house rule and must leave immediately. > This home is a PET FRIENDLY home. However, all pets must be under 50 pounds weight and pre-approved before making reservation and other restrictions apply including a $100 pet sanitizing fee and daily poop cleanup required of guests. Pets are NOT allowed in bedding unless guest brings own bedding linens/blankets or pays an additional new linen fee of $75 per bed used.
