Vous vous sentirez à la maison ici avec des planchers de bois récemment mis à jour, cuisine et salle à manger ouverte et un décor moderne. Facilement dort 10 et est à quelques minutes de UCSB, plage, terrain de golf, cinémas et restaurants Top.

L'intérieur est très chaleureux et invitant avec ses planchers en bois, son mobilier confortable et ses lits confortables. Une cuisine très fonctionnelle et moderne bien équipée, parfaite pour cuisiner et recevoir. La maison se compose de quatre chambres comprenant chacune un lit queen. En outre, le salon dispose d'un canapé futon queen qui peut également être converti en un lit plat. 2 voitures peuvent être garées sur l'allée et beaucoup de stationnement gratuit dans la rue disponible.

Accès invité
En tant qu'invité, vous aurez accès à tout dans la maison à l'exception d'une pièce dans le garage qui est utilisé par la femme de ménage pour stocker les effets personnels. Il y a aussi une laverie dans le garage.

Interaction des invités
La maison sera propre et prête pour vous à l'arrivée et vous serez enregistrés par notre femme de ménage. Elle répondra à toutes vos questions et sera à votre service si quelque chose se présente pendant votre séjour. Veuillez confirmer les heures d'arrivée et de départ à l'avance. Si nous ne sommes pas en mesure de vous vérifier personnellement, il y aura un lockbox accroché à la porte avec les clés à l'intérieur. Je communiquerai le mot de passe du lockbox un jour avant votre arrivée.

Idéalement situé près de l'autoroute 101. Fermer Camino centre commercial réel et Bella Vista parc. Seulement 2 miles de l'UCSB. Quartier très calme et sûr.

Se déplacer
Bus disponible pour aller au marché Camino Real. De là, vous pouvez prendre le bus pour UCSB ou Santa Barbara.
Autres choses à noter

Animaux interdits. Il n'y a pas de climatiseur dans cette maison. Santa Barbara est une communauté côtière et il ne fait généralement pas trop chaud pour avoir besoin d'un courant alternatif mais certains jours peuvent devenir inconfortables. Il y aura des ventilateurs fournis dans toutes les chambres pendant les étés.

This was a deceptively large house with plenty of sleeping space for our large family. It is convenient to UCSB and lots of great food options. We were very comfortable and found it a great value. I appreciated that there was coffee on site for me to use because I forgot to bring my own!

Lovely stay

This house was in a great location. The rooms were comfortable and had plenty of amenities to accommodate my party. The house was well stocked with the essentials. The host was extremely responsive and very helpful when an item of ours was left behind. Would stay here again!

We had a great stay at this property. Guarav was very responsive, communicative and helpful. The house itself was clean and just as described in the listing. Great experience overall, would recommend to anyone staying in the Goleta/Santa Barbara area.

Great base for a SB vacay

Clean and charming home to relax and use as a home base for visiting all that SB offers. Close to all sights in both Goleta and SB proper. Host was super to communicate with. Highly recommend.

Family trip

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was perfect for us because we were visiting my son who attends UCSB. It is close enough to downtown Santa Barbara and the beach. The property manager was quick to respond to any questions I had.

Fabulous Place!

We had a group of friends stay here for a wedding in Santa Barbara. The house was perfect, nice and lots of open space for us to hang out. There was a cute patio and the neighborhood was really nice. Gaurav was a great communicator! Would definitely stay here again!

Great house for large groups!

My friends and I were in town for a weddding and this house was perfect for our large group. We had 11 people that all fit comfortably, the host was extremely responsive and they also made sure we had enough towels + beach towels. The check out process was very straight forward and simple. I would stay here again!

We were a 3 generation family, down for a wedding in Santa Barbara. The house suited us perfectly, Goleta is a great location, and Gaurav was a wonderful communicator, checking in to make all was ok, etc.

Best option for our family

My large family stayed here to attend the memorial of our mom who passed in Feb, 2023. It was perfect for all of us. The property description was accurate. The owner was prompt in responding to my questions. The home's location was very convenient. Nice to be back "home" as most of us attended Dos Pueblos H.S in the past.

Nice place but didn’t like sharing with cockroaches. Appeared clean but could not sleep knowing bug

I feel we should receive some of the rent money back due to the bugs. Had to sleep with the lights on. It is beautiful and looked clean. Owner said he will take care of the roaches.

Hi Marlene, I am sorry for the poor experience you had during the stay and I have taken care of the roaches in the bathroom. They come out only at night and so we did not notice this issue earlier. Wish we did. I hope you give us another chance as I promise you this was a one time event. We have been renting our home since 2017 and this is the first time we have heard of such issue. Rest assured its been taken care of now.

Simple, clean, good location

The house is clean and well stocked with necessities in bathrooms and kitchen, etc,... Beware, no access to laundry room or garage. No dining area for a a group of more than 3-4. Basic home at premium pricing is my only "issue" but inventory was so sparse, not much choice...

Hi Richard, We have a dining island with 3 chairs, a separate table with another three chairs and a full sized diving table with four more chairs. So in total 11 chairs so I have to dispute your review since it's far from truth.

Great neighborhood and property

We stayed at the house over a long weekend in October. We were in Santa Barbara for a family wedding, so this was a great place for my family, my brother in law and my mother and father in law to stay in. Everyone had a room and there was still extra space to have even more people sleep over. The property was super clean and had everything that we needed to get through the weekend. The kitchen was set up perfectly for my mother in law to make us some home cooked meals. The house was about 20 minutes from downtown Santa Barbara, about 15 minutes from the beach and close to 101. Everything we needed. There was one minor issue that we had with one of the bedrooms, but the owner was really responsive and helped us resolve the issue. If you are ever in need of a long term place to crash in Santa Barbara, this house should be on your list. Its cheaper than a hotel and more spacious and cozy.

Very dirty and inconvenient

First of all, the 1st bathroom tub flooded. Second of all, we ran out of toilet paper on day 1, only 3 roll was provided for 8 people. And lastly, the entire place was dusty and not clean at all. I am very disappointed as I have been to Santa Barbara many times before thru VRBO and has gotten very good service and this is definitely the worst!!!

Fantastic 5 day stay

We stayed for 5 nights with family and friends. We had a lot of kids and loved that they could be outside and know that they were safe since it was all fenced. We loved that the home had all necessary things to make you feel like your home. Plenty of space. We loved the 4 bedrooms all had queen sized beds and there was 2 bathrooms for all of us to use. Lots if options in the kitchen for cooking utensils, pots, and pans, etc. We talked to a few neighbors and felt the area was very safe. We were 1 block away from a high school that wasn't in school and had a huge front grass area with trees that we took the kids to to run. We were also 1 block in a different direction from a kids small park with walking space to get out. Shopping stores were so close by. In 10 minutes of driving you can be at a Sprouts, Trader Joes,, Albertsons, Ralph's, Target, Costco, Ross, Smart and Final, and gas stations. The beach wasn't far as well as the train station for those that want to ride the train over. Thank you again for allowing us into your home. We so truly appreciate it.

Hi Carolyn, Please let us know what exactly was different because the house is exactly how it looks from our point of view. Maybe the lighting and time of day makes the appearance as not the same as pics but the actual decor and amenities are unchanged.
