Fun family getaway

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed for our family of 6! Plenty of space for the teenagers to spread out, and great common area when we all wanted to be together. The outside space was gorgeous and where we spent most of our time. We swam, snacked and played card games while soaking up the warmth and sun!

Baseball spring training getaway

Nice house, is equipped with everything you need, and great location. However, we wanted the pool heat turned on, as the pool was cold and the property manager never acknowledged my messages.

We’re sorry to hear there was some frustration around the pool heat. The pool heater is an optional amenity with an additional charge, and for guest safety and transparency, we do require written confirmation before we can proceed with activation. It looks like we didn’t receive that final authorization, which is why the heat wasn’t turned on during your stay. We do appreciate your feedback and are always working to improve communication so that future guests have a smooth and seamless experience. We’d love the chance to host you again in the future!
