I hesitated booking this home it because of some other reviews. But this is a lovely home. Its clean, spacious, and well maintained. The pool is beautiful. It was November, so we didn't use the pool to swim, but the back yard and decks are spectacular, and we enjoyed spending time in the outside areas. I wouldn't hesitate to book here again. Highly recommend.

We have stayed at Sunshine Oasis the last 2 summers. Great location! Especially nice to have a pool for the rough surf days.

Great Location!

Beach home 🏖️

The house was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped and we took our dog for a walk in the neighborhood it was very clean and quiet. The Bay is really close and the Beach is just minutes away. I will definitely return with my family. We had a relaxing stay.

The best stay in Pensacola Beach!

My family vacations here every summer- but this place was a steal! We’re used to staying on the sound side on water, but this home had a pool and great yard space- and was pet friendly! Had everything you could ask for and more. Even had an umbrella and chairs set up for us at the beach! Not a far walk to the beach either. Highly recommend!

Would stay there again.

There were 10 of us staying and we were able to spread out. The house and the location were exactly as described. Nice area to walk/run in. The beach was not crowded in this area but I have no idea how it looks in the summer season. The area was very safe and did not have all of the 'cruising' that you run into in some of the other beach towns. Automated toll booths were a welcomed addition from the last time we visited Pensacola.

Beautiful, clean and great location

We loved this home, just stayed a few days but enjoyed it so much, the house was very clean and well kept. The pool is beautiful I would highly recommend. The only small item would be some new pool furniture and cushions, the 2 loungers were in bad shape. But that is just from wear and tear. Very easy to buy a couple more.

Wonderful Staycation

We really enjoyed our stay at Sunshine Oasis. We are local to the area so we knew this was an ideal location, but the setup of the home was perfect! We had a family of 4 adults and 4 kids with plenty of space. The decks were wonderful to lounge/eat lunch on and the pool would have been amazing but the weather didn’t allow us to use it. The house is very nicely stocked with all you will need for a comfortable stay. I did not notice any missing details—-excellent job for whomever prepared the house for us! The furniture was comfortable and clean. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home and we hope to rent here again soon.

Sunshine Oasis 2024

We loved the property, however it was not ready for us and our family guests. Pool, deck, grill, outdoor cushions were not in acceptable condition when we arrived. After calls to the management company and having 7 people out the next day progress was made and by 5 days into our stay the property was in good condition. We enjoyed our stay and liked a lot of things about the area and the property

Family vacation

We rented this for spring break with another family, for a total of 9 people. The space was perfect for us, with the kids downstairs and the adults upstairs. We also had 2 dogs on the trip, and the large, fenced hard made it very easy to have them join us. The pool was perfect, and the proximity to the beach was great. We had to contact guest services twice, once because we didn’t have enough towels for everyone and once because a breaker tripped and we couldn’t find the fuse box. Both issues were resolved quickly and easily. I would definitely rent this house again.

Relaxing

Enjoy the property location, swimming pool and being so close to beach. The only thing was I called to get the spa heated and was charge for it but it never heated up. Was told we would be refunded. Pool lights didn’t work and the front door downstairs lock didn’t work. These minor things can make this place prefect.

House great, property management company was not

Overall, the house itself was great however, the property management company the house is listed under was terrible. I addressed several concerns re: cleanliness upon arrival, as well as some broken items and nobody ever followed up or got in touch with me after the many calls, text, and emails that I sent.

House was clean, but beds and house were cheaper than a motel 6 and management was the same. Don't pay for the pool heat. I should have listen to the other reviews on here. It doesn't work, they lie and say it works and refused to refund me when proven that it doesn't work. Pool lights don't work either so swimming after dark is a no go. Poor communication between management. Starter items are cheap very little soaps and 1ply toilet paper and 1 thing if dishwasher soap. Just overall save your money and go stay somewhere else.
