This spacious 1,225sqft loft features custom Italian tile with quartz kitchen waterfall countertops , as well as stainless steel appliances. Spa shower panels with massage jets in bathroom as well as double vanity sinks, exposed spiral duct work and huge walk in closets. off street parking and smart phone friendly App Pay Laundry units also available on site (not coin op.). This unit features a storage locker and comes with Free Wifi.

There's a Tim Horton's with drive thru located right in the building and many other local amenities for your convenience.

My husband and I came to this area for a few days and this was a perfect location for all the things we wanted to do. The apartment was beautiful, everything was brand new and very clean. We highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again next time we come out to Buffalo.

Great place to stay, was exactly as described and pictured. Check in and check out was easy, and the ability to do laundry for even a small price was very convenient. Only small con was the noise of the Tim Hortons drive thru every morning, but having a Tim Hortons right downstairs was a huge plus!! My family would definitely stay again next time we are in town.

I found the apartment to be very clean and accurate to the listing. The kitchen is equipped yet if you plan on cooking I recommend bringing your own spices! The amenities in the bathroom were above and beyond! All I really needed to pack was my toothbrush, paste, and shaving stuff! The complimentary bottle of local wine and gift card to Tim Horton was a nice touch! Great access for TV watching too! The mattress was a bit soft for my liking and there was no closet in the 2nd bedroom if you are traveling with others. Also the stairs are a bit steep but manageable. The host was easy to reach and answer my questions within a 24 hour period. I would definitely stay again!

Excellent stay

The pictures are exactly what you get. Very modern, clean, excellent condo. Very well stocked with plates, bowls, mugs etc etc. K-cup machine provided as well as k-cups, sweetener and all you need for a cup of coffee in the morning. Hard to find a negative. My only negative is that it is located on a busy road and if you are a light sleeper you might be woken up by trucks and traffic driving by. That being said, I will definitely being staying there again on my next visit.

The loft was beautiful and comfortable. Very nice finishes! Loved the large bathroom and shower. The hosts left a gift card for Tim Hortons and a bottle of wine which was great. Our only comment would be a ceiling fan in the 2nd bedroom would be helpful to circulate the air or maybe have an oscillating fan in a closet to use. The location is above the Tim Hortons drivethru, and at 6am in the master bdrm, you can hear people ordering, and the place gets busy, but I purchased ear plugs for the second night. I would recommend this place, it’s so cozy and clean! We had so much more room than a reg hotel room. I will be staying again my next trip to Buffalo to visit .

Perfect for us

Stayed with the family (5 plus dog). Was all that we needed and just as advertised. Cute, clean and modern loft. Tim Hortons downstairs very convenient but beware, we could hear the drive through traffic in the master bedroom - not a dealbreaker for us. Would definitely stay again.
